I am very happy to provide a performance report on Elite Appliance. Since I contacted Elite to repair a problem created by a Sears service technician I have had nothing but stellar service from Elite, Jennifer and Larry. The level of professionalism (courteous, prompt and efficient handling of my initial emergency call) was exceptional. The initial visit from Larry identified the issues with my fridge - parts were ordered and promptly acquired. I was given regular updates on estimated arrival dates and proactive scheduling for the next repair visit. Unfortunately a faulty part required a re-order and third visit, however the repairs were completed as required. Larry was exceptionally thorough and resourceful in diagnosing and repairing our fridge - he brought up schematics online for help when required, and also called other resources for guidance when he was unsure of something. He took full ownership of our problem and was extremely diligent in getting the repair done as quickly as possible. We were under extreme time constraints to get this repair completed quickly as we have sold this house and are moving out this week. Recognizing the urgency of the repair, Jennifer (our service representative) took the initiative to accelerate the final scheduled service call when our parts arrived a few days earlier than expected - this was extremely important to us and greatly appreciated. So overall I am extremely impressed with Elite Appliance and their staff. I will recommend Elite to any friend in need should a need arise.
