Our small strata (9 units) had dryer ducts cleaned for the first time (long overdue). Matt's estimate was more than fair, and his crew was great -- friendly, skilled, took on a challenging vent with good humour (and no additional cost), fully cleaned up after. Everything was done on time and on budget, with no additional fees. Highly recommended.

Taylor the technician contacted me to give me a heads up prior to arriving. My house just had some reno's done, so dust and debris was everywhere. He came to my home and performed a thorough cleaning and was informative about each step. Extremely professional before and after the service. I highly recommend these guys! Great work!

Recently it has been suggested to us by our air condition company to have our ducts clean. The techincian gave me a variety of companies to call and get a quotation from. One of them was PURAIR. After collecting 3 quotes I presented them to the air con technician who read them carefully and suggested to me that PURAIR is the only company who will do the job the way it should be done. Going into the airducts with camera to take pictures before and after and cleaning ducts from inside, instead of just attaching heavy duty machine at the end of the ducts to suck out all the dirt. Our air con technician was so impressed with the job done here, he told me that PURAIR will be the only company he will recommend to all of his clients from now on, when it comes to duct cleaning.

I had the ducts cleaned previously by two companies. The second one, sent two guys who looked as if they just got parole and I couldn't wait to get them out of the house. Heck, I'm afraid to even review the other guys. Tyler from Modern PURAIR on the other hand, came on time, calling beforehand and was a professional, with the vehicle and equipment expected from a topnotch company. Tyler explained the process to me in detail and had no qualms about getting into the crawlspace. I couldn't believe the filthy vacuum bag with all the fine dirt the massive vacuum got out of the ducts, wish I had called you guys in the first place. Unlike the others, Tyler recommended a cleaning every 3 years, not annually, and in 3 years I'll be definitely calling Tyler to do our duct cleaning again. HIGHLY recommended!

Taylor arrived on time (which we all know is rare for home service calls) was professional and informative throughout the appointment. He showed he truly cared about my home as he had patience with my many questions about what he was doing in my home. Great experience and to top it off They Offer AIRMILES!!!!

The service representative conducted himself in a very respectful and courteous manner. He was punctual, friendly, and accommodating i.e. he listened attentively, and explained his procedures quite well. I must commend him for working efficiently and doing a thorough clean up job. I am glad that I used Modern Pure Air services to do the job.

They did a great job with our ducts after some home renos were completed. He showed us what as in the ducts before and after cleaning (found a couple of things from the 1960's in the ducts). I've been trying to convince a few of my friends who have never done this to get theirs cleaned too.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. He spent almost 3 hours at my home performing a very thorough job, taking the time to answer all my questions completely and honestly. (A quality not always found in service technicians from other companies).
