The service representative conducted himself in a very respectful and courteous manner. He was punctual, friendly, and accommodating i.e. he listened attentively, and explained his procedures quite well. I must commend him for working efficiently and doing a thorough clean up job. I am glad that I used Modern Pure Air services to do the job.
