Modern Purair Fraser Valley

We recently purchased a newer home that had a lovely, but hairy big black dog living there. Since the home was newer built, we had concerns that the heating duct system would be sending more than clean air our way. With referral from the company that installed our furnace, we called Modern PURAIR to have our air duct system cleaned. Modern PURAIR sent their employee, Stuart, to our home. Stuart called ahead, arrived promptly and spent a nice amount of time explaining the whole process to us. He was very enthusiastic and such a great worker. He was knowledgeable, meticulous, efficient and so clean, taking his shoes off in our home. Modern PURAIR is fortunate to have him as an employee. Well, we were right to have our ducts cleaned. That lovely big black dog's hair and a lot of building gyprock dust was cleaned out and our air, it now smells much cleaner. Thank you kindly, Stuart and Modern PURAIR!

Matt from PURAIR came out to my house yesterday to clean our ducts. He was on time, professional, thorough and friendly. My family was very impressed with the quality of service. Tyler came to clean our ducts. He was diligent, professional, explained what he was doing and took time to answer questions. I really appreciated the thorough job that was done. He spent over 3 hours. Our last duct cleaner vacuumed the vents which took about 30 minutes.

My experience with PURAIR was top notch. They two servicemen were not only polite and responsible individuals, but very professional and hard-working. This was quite a major job as it is a 7500 sq. ft. home. They worked nonstop and were quick to explain everything to me after the work was done. They cleaned up after themselves, and everything was done to perfection. Basically, they were here all day and were just a pleasure to have around. I would rate this company a TEN PLUS. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Thanks for the excellent service. The technicians were professional, respectful and courteous. Having a dog and cat, I knew that I would have some pet hair but couldn't believe what other dirt and allergens came out after such a thorough cleaning was done. I recommend the sanitizer as well as it not only does just that, but it freshens your home as well. I will definitely be calling Modern Purair in Langley for my next furnace and air duct cleaning.

Our dryer had stopped was not working properly, turns out the vent was completely clogged up. I called Modern Purair they were able to squeeze us in on a late Friday afternoon. Extremely professional, did a fantastic job with the air and dryer vents. I would definately recommend them and already have told many friends and family members.

They gave all the info involved in the process, the service rep arrived on time and did a great job ensuring that the furnace and ducts are completely clean and safe for my family.
