I found Moore & Russel after having a less-than positive experience with another furnace company. Dealing with Moore & Russel was a breath of fresh air. The technician (Matt) they sent was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He did a top notch job servicing my furnace and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Moore & Russel after experiencing their excellent customer service and seeing the quality of work performed by the extremely competent technician.

Modern PurAir was recommended to me by Moore & Russell Heating (another excellent company with top notch service). Matt arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. He spent almost 3 hours at my home performing a very thorough job, taking the time to answer all my questions completely and honestly. (A quality not always found in service technicians from other companies). I cannot overstate how impressed I was with the level of service and especially the quality of the duct cleaning provided by this company. I would never consider using any other duct cleaning company after experiencing the superior quality and service provided by Modern PurAir. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their ducts cleaned to call Modern PurAir FIRST! Do not waste your time with other companies that may use inferior technology and less effective cleaning methods. I also recommend the duct sanitizing and deodorizing option. It left my house smelling much fresher. You will not be disappointed with this company!
