Air Life Duct Cleaning

For the longest time I was not sure if air duct cleaning was worth it. Looking at forums, some people do it while others say it will not make a difference. Anyway, I am getting a new furnace installed and decided to bite the bullet and just do it.
I came across Air Life Duct Cleaning while checking out Homestar reviews. So far, its lowest rating seems to be 8/10 which is quite good.
I called and Fitsum answered which is the name of the person mentioned in the reviews. So, it's a good indication that you know who's going to do the work. Fitsum also politely asks me to call back later since he's in the middle of a job. This to me is also a good indication of his working attitude.
Anyway, we agreed on a price regardless of the number of vents in the house. He came in and did a very thorough job at cleaning our air ducts. He explained to me what he will do and is very methodical.
He went through each supply vents and ducts in detail from top to bottom first and did the return vents and ducts after. He spent almost 3 hours in our house. About an hour for setting things up and cleaning up after, plus about an hour and a half or so actually cleaning of the ducts.
He also used a tool to whip around the main ducts to clean all the dust out and I can hear and see his big vacuum tube vibrate every few minutes as what I'm guessing would be the dust and debris coming out of our air ducts.
This is a very different experience from the air duct cleaning company we hired years ago. The one which made me think air duct cleaning wasn't worth it for the longest time.
I'm very glad I decided to get our air ducts cleaned by Fitsum. I'll be calling him again next time we want to have our air ducts cleaned.
In a way, Fitsum actually debunked my disbelief and mistrust on air duct cleaning.

Fitzum was professional from start to finish, went over and above to make sure there were no leaks or cracks in the vents. Super thorough cleaning of the dryers and vents.  Refreshing to see a company that puts out quality work.

I would highly recommend hiring Air Life Duct Cleaning. They really go above and beyond with the work they do. Prior to the cleaning we could not run the AC without the house smelling like wet dog and there was some damage to the duct from the furnace installation.
