Fitsum is a charming, efficient, highly professional but personable individual who explained each and every process, showed me the damage caused by poor maintenance, all the time assuring me that he will have everything clean and fixed. His customer service was part excellence. He worked without a break for over 2 hours and left without leaving any debris. Extremely efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Even our neighbour passed by and asked him to come over to his house to clean his ducts. Fitsum is truly deserving of more than 5 stars.

Fitsum contacted me promptly on my request to perform duct cleaning services for my home. He was able to come by later in the week after discussion. He did a thorough job and was clean and tidy. I'll definitely request for Fitsum on future air duct cleaning needs.

Fitsum was a pleasure to work with! He came in with all the equipment and setup wall covers and floor covers to keep the place tidy. He did his job very professionally and cleaned all of the dust even the construction dust that had gathered from our renovation!

His initial job was just duct cleaning but we ended up cleaning the furnace and sanitizing too. Although these were extra he gave us a very good quote for it and took his time to do them very well.

Excellent service, we just had a duct cleaning to clean the furnace and duct, Futsume is very professional and he did everything he said he would on the phone and some extra duct cleaning without charging extra.
