Galaxy Windows

In April 2019 we had Galaxy windows quote and install the windows to our basement renovation. We have gone through all the seasons and the windows and installation have proven themselves over and over again. It is much easier to maintain the temperature in our basement - summer and winter. The windows that were recommended by Alex were just right for our needs. I had a query after installation and received a prompt and very helpful reply. From my experience I would highly recommend them. Excellent advice at sales, excellent installation and excellent windows.

Very happy with our window replacement project. Alex explained the process involved very well. The job started on time , finished within the time frame specified as well as having Alex and Roman d0 excellent work. Very helpful and professional setup , will definitely be re hiring for future jobs.

We had to replace 11 windows and a sliding door in our new home. I was very pleased with the service Galaxy provided, Alex was available for text or call whenever I had questions or concerns and he offered great suggestions as well. They offered really fair pricing in comparison to some other companies, and they were just overall a lot easier to deal with. Also, you could tell that their installer knew exactly what he was doing, there was no lack of confidence. Had Galaxy come in and replace a bay window, 3 bedroom windows and install a new sliding door our to the deck. Very happy with the quality and results . Windows look great, and the work was done promptly, and professionally. We will be doing more replacements over the next 2 years to other windows and will certainly be calling Alex.

Needed to replace several windows. The team from Galaxy did an excellent job, both in terms of the quality of the product and also the respect they had for our indoor property during the installation. The installation was professional, quick and clean-up was great. The installers answered our questions and offered suggestions as to how to continue to maintain the look of the windows. Overall very happy with the final product and would recommend them.

We replaced our sliding patio doors in the basement with garden doors. We also had a window with a crack in it and replaced the entire window and frame. We were happy with the service.

We were in the market looking to replace all 14 windows and 2 doors in our home. We must have called at least 10 different companies, all of which were priced significantly higher than the price we received from Alex for the exact same windows and doors. responsive every time we emailed them, and they were even able to accommodate a specific installation date. The installation team Alex (not the same Alex) and Roman were also amazing. They were efficient and did an excellent job installing all the windows and doors. They take pride in their
workmanship, even the caulking in the matching colour was used, which I wasn’t even expecting, and the end result is nothing short of amazing. They definitely go above and beyond! I was so worried about working with contractors after a really bad experience with a general contractor but I feel like Galaxy WD changed my mindset about contractors. From beginning to end they provided really great service. The estimate meeting was very nice because Alex was very informative, he had a sample of the window, didn't pressure me at all, gave me a quote there and then, and answered all my questions. I am used to being pressured by people that give quotes, so I felt very comfortable. The company was very responsive to any questions I had and when I wanted to make changes to my "order" they were very accommodating. The installation also went very well as the workers were polite, respectful, very clean, prepared, and did a wonderful job. I am so happy with the windows and I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. I will also be using them next year when I replace my doors!
