I got my ducts and dryer vents cleaned. They gave me a discount for being a new customer and the quote was lower than other companies to begin with. When they came, they were very efficient and friendly. They took all the necessary safety precautions as well. They showed me photos of the ducts before and after and it was very clean. They did a great job and I would recommend their services to anyone!

I was so worried about working with contractors after a really bad experience with a general contractor but I feel like Galaxy WD changed my mindset about contractors. From beginning to end they provided really great service. The estimate meeting was very nice because Alex was very informative, he had a sample of the window, didn't pressure me at all, gave me a quote there and then, and answered all my questions. I am used to being pressured by people that give quotes, so I felt very comfortable. The company was very responsive to any questions I had and when I wanted to make changes to my "order" they were very accommodating. The installation also went very well as the workers were polite, respectful, very clean, prepared, and did a wonderful job. I am so happy with the windows and I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. I will also be using them next year when I replace my doors!
