We needed to replace all 15 windows on the main floor of our house. We approached Galaxy WD for a quote after seeing great reviews on Homestars. Their superior service was evident from the moment Alex arrived to estimate the job: unlike the representatives of other window companies who had come to see us, Alex followed COVID protocols by putting on a mask and gloves before even approaching our house. He was great to work with, was very informative, and did not put on any pressure, and did not denigrate the competition (again, setting a higher standard than the other firms' representatives). On top of that, Galaxy's price was the best. Pre-installation service was very good, giving us lots of notice of the installation date and a useful checklist to follow to prepare for the installation. The installation team was first rate: not only did they do a beautiful job and clean up after themselves, they were also very pleasant to have in our house, and followed COVID protocols throughout. They were extremely careful of our bushes and shrubs around the outside of the house. Their work was very careful and professional, and the results spectacular. We are most delighted. Galaxy Windows was terrific! I was disappointed with a company I'd used previously and called Galaxy because they were rated highly on HomeStars. I replaced all the windows on the back of my house as well as the patio doors. Galaxy was very pleasant to deal with, their timing was accurate and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

I am doing whole house renovation. Galaxy windows was professional, efficient, and affordable. The quality of the windows are very good, and look good as well. During the installation, they were patient to answer all my questions. And they cleaned up nice afterward.

I held back from a window retrofit due to concern that it would entail a lot of redo of existing trim inside. Many window brands seemed comparable, but what would happen if the installation team weren’t top notch?
I need not have worried! Choosing Galaxy WD to do this retrofit has been an amazing experience. All 9 existing windows were removed so carefully by their installers and new installed so expertly that there has been absolutely no inside new trim or repair required. They also replaced 2 existing exterior doors with new giving the house an amazing facelift.

Galaxy Windows installed a total of 23 windows in our two-story 16 year old detached home, and we are ecstatic with the results. The windows themselves are as promised, well-built and solid. We chose a non-white colour from a palette of what seemed to be hundreds/thousands of choices for the exterior side of the window. The actual paint application is smooth, with an extruded appearance. Even the exterior caulking was a matching colour which we weren't expecting. The interior trim choices were also numerous. The installation by the Galaxy crew took 2 full days, and you can tell there is pride in workmanship. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Overall, the attention to detail and quality in both the window manufacturing and the installation was over the top. Very happy with Galaxy Windows and Hometech and will no doubt be a returning customer.

After receiving a few quotes from other contractors, Galaxy was by far the best in terms of value and quality. During the initial consultation, we met with Alex who fitted us in fairly last minute in his busy schedule. He was detailed in his explanations and answered all of our questions with clarity.
During installation, Alex and Roman did an excellent job to get our windows and doors installed faster than initially planned. They stayed past dinner time just to have more work done. I don’t even think they ate lunch or took a break! Very hard working guys and it is much appreciated! Overall, the windows and doors are very beautiful and really make the house stand out. we had some of our windows replaced back in 2017. no regret at all.
so this year, we decieded to replace the rest. we contacted Alex again and the service was as good as always. especially this time, we had issue with manufacture, but Alex was really helpful and argue with manufacture for us. i would definitely recommend galaxy window to my friends
