Galaxy Windows

We had our windows replaced by Galaxy windows. One of our windows was a very old greenhouse window and the replacement of that window was not straight forward. From the start, Alex and his team were great to deal with, we love the product and the end result looks fantastic .

We had our windows replaced by Galaxy Windows about 3 years ago and have zero regrets. As with any big home reno, I like to wait before providing any reviews to see how the product stands up over time. Happy to say that Galaxy windows deserve a 10/10 three years later. We had requested quotes from several reputable companies and I remember distinctly how persistent Dmitri was in his sales pitch - the quote and promised product seemed almost too good to be true. We relented though and am so glad that we did! We replaced all of our old windows, including 1 bay window, 4 basement windows, 3 frosted/rain bathroom windows, and 16 regular casement windows. We just had 23 windows and our garden doors replaced this week. To say I love my new windows would be an understatement. The windows are gorgeous and the trim looks amazing. Alex was our sales rep and he made us feel real comfortable in making the purchase. No pressure tactics like we had from other companies. Our installers, Alex and Roman did an incredible job. Their attention to detail was incredible. They did a PERFECT job and their work was so clean. We are totally happy with the decision to go with Galaxy and you should really consider them for your windows. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience start to finish!

We had 10 windows done including a retrofit on our basement windows and bay window plus a new patio door.

Alex was extremely professional and responsive, even answering calls over the weekend - which I did not expect! The installation happened a week ahead of schedule and was all finished in a day. We would definitely use Galaxy again and have already referred them to a couple neighbours.

Excellent quote for Home Tech windows. very reasonably priced. Work of install was done efficiently , quick. Good crew. best of all warranty is Life time on the windows. Highly recommend.

Thanks to a squirrel gnawing at my window, I met with Alex who gave me a straight and honest quote for my windows replacement. He was very detailed in explaining all the products and quality I would be getting and gave me suggestion on what I should change to make my quote more budget-friendly.

We are very pleased with the new windows. From our first meeting with Alex we had a good understanding or the process and time line for the job. The installers did a great job. They placed tarps on the floor to protect and cleaned up as they finished each window. They were very efficient and the work was completed right on schedule. I would highly recommend Galaxy for the excellent quality of the windows and installation.

From the first meeting with Alex to the install with Alex and his team, it was great. Fast, professional, clean. Text inquires prior to the install were responded to right away, clear understanding of what was needed prior to install. Two days of install, the guys showed up on time, quick chat in the morning to advise what was being done that day, drop clothes in the areas they were in and exceptional clean up afterwards. Bronson (dog) even enjoyed it. Couldn't have been a better experience.
