Galaxy Windows

I found Galaxy Windows on HomeStars after reading other great reviews and Alex and his team were great from start to finish. I contacted their office for a quote to replace all my windows and a sliding door. Alex came out to my house to quote and was respectful of socially distancing because of COVID. When I moved forward with the project, Alex was in contact two weeks in advance to schedule the installation date and provided me with all the details to be ready for installation. The installation team was efficient and installed 8 windows and a sliding door in just one day! The whole Galaxy team was very knowledgeable and they did an amazing job! Great customer service and an excellent final product. I’m really happy with my new windows!

We got competitive quotes from various door and window installation companies and ended up choosing Galaxy Windows for their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. We dealt mainly with Alex (sales), a different Alex from their office, and the installer (did not have a chance to get his name). All were pleasant to deal with and did a great job in helping us achieve what we wanted. We also ran into a somewhat major issue that they promptly fixed without hassle - this is a huge plus IMO and a sign of a company that values their work and reputation. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends for window and door work!

We replaced our entire house with new windows as the builders windows we cheaply made. Alex came to our house to explain their windows and installation. We liked what he said so we went ahead with Galaxy and don’t regret it. It took 2 days to install all our windows and everything was perfect. They cleaned everything up and took away all the old windows... I would highly recommend hiring Galaxy... Thanks Alex, Alex and your assistant.

We have had two installations from Galaxy covering almost all our windows (10 windows - 6 more to go) plus a new front door and patio door. Their product is of superb quality and the install job is top notch. We had 6 windows and our front door done and the job was so good I wanted to do more so we did. The caulk on this guy was ridiculous. I've never seen such perfect caulk. Very pleased we chose Galaxy out of the four quotes we received for our home. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone. Price is right too so come on down!

Alex and his team were informative and reassuring during the whole process. He took the time to explain the process and our options for the windows and doors. He also provided some tips along the way on what he thought was best for us. They answered questions leading up to the installation date. The installation was smooth over the two days. There was an issue with one of the windows, where the wrong window layout was ordered. When we brought it up, the team acknowledged the error and explained our options to resolved the next day. Overall, we are very pleased with our new windows and door., would use again.

The 28 year old windows in my house were getting worse and I had been dragging my feet as the challenge to find a good window company with a lasting product and professional installation was not easy. Now all 22 of them have been replaced. Four weeks have almost gone by and I could not find any reason to call Galaxy back for any minor repairs. In short, the new windows are beautiful and a pleasure to look at.

Galaxy Windows has done two outstanding jobs for us and we highly recommend them.

Two years ago they replaced a number of basement windows, a bedroom window and a door. Their workmanship was excellent and after two years everything still looks great. The first four photos are of the work that was completed two years ago.

This summer, we replaced four large windows at the front of our house and the final basement window.

We are very satisfied with all aspects of Galaxy Windows, from the initial visit by Alex to the installation and final product. All staff members were courteous and polite - they also didn't mind our dogs! The installers were efficient in their work and thoroughly cleaned the site afterwards.

Exceeded expectations! I had 3 master bedroom windows done. Converted two closed windows to opening ones and one opening windows to a closed. They even suggested we keep our old frame indoors as it is unique to the home which turned out beautiful. They replaced the old cracking dead wood of the frames outside the windows as well. They also converted an old non-functional garden door with old rotting wood frame to a beautiful sliding door with mini blinds. The price was competitive and they never tried to upsell as other companies did. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual and polite. Have already recommended to family and friends and would love to do business in the future! Amazing job!

My family bought a new house last fall with a move date of April 2020. by the time we took possession of the house, we were very limited as to which companies were working. Fortunately, Galaxy Windows came through for us. Although it took a little longer than we had hoped (what doesn’t these days), the windows were installed quickly once they were received and without much mess. Upon writing this review, we are very pleased with the product and workmanship.
