We had 6 large kitchen (green house style) windows replaced. Alex was honest and patient with our questions, options and request. We had 4 large windows in our kitchen at the back of our house which is a level up due to a hill and walkout. We wanted a bay window to enjoy the view in the trees and extra seating. Alex mentioned some safety concerns and the possibility it may not be possible. We also had the two side windows replaced with one opening window for a cross breeze from the other side's patio door. He had the technician come out to confirm whether the job could be done. We are so pleased with the installation and our new bay window. The team was courteous, professional and did an amazing job. We love our new oasis in the trees. I can't wait to paint the trim and make a cushion seat and enjoy a book and a beverage!

There was slight mistake in the order, but the team helped to rectify the issue, and also compensated me for my inconvenience. I would definitely rehire or recommend for any window needs.

Complete replacement of windows, siding and front door in a traditional Toronto semi. The retrofit is flawless and the trim work and capping precise. The front door retrofit was a challenge, expertly tackled by installer/carpenter Yuri and his partner. Bravo! Galaxy manufacturers and installs, eliminating the middle man. Price was more than competitive and I am happy with the casement style recommended.

A few years ago, we engaged Galaxy windows to replace 4 patio doors and few windows and we are happy with their services.
Recently we reengaged them to replace 3 exterior doors and they did a wonderful job again.
Their services are professional, and their price is competitive and reasonable. They kept the promised schedule, took time to make sure that the job was done right and did a good cleaning up after.
We accidentally broke one of the screen door lock which was beyond the warranty period. Alex, the installer, came back with new parts and fixed the lock with no charge.
Galaxy Windows is a reliable and responsible contractor and we have no hesitation recommending them to our friends.

Galaxy Windows does a very good job. I was in a hurry to get things done, and Dmitri contacted me very soon and came to give me a quote. The price was very good and we were able to work it out according to my budget. the time frame was on time, I was told the windows would be made in a month and they will come install. They met the deadlines we gave them, and came in to install once the windows were made. Overall it was a very good experience to work with them. Windows were manufactured by HomeTech, a good brand, so nothing to complain about.

We got 12 new Hometech windows installed by Galaxy Windows in our home. The experience was excellent from the quote to the completion. their price was very competitive and the install was done very professionally (two hard things to find in contractors) and I have high expectations lol. Dimitri answered a 100 questions in regards to the materials they were using and loE ratings etc before we signed the contract. Even due to the Covid-19 crisis, Galaxy and the window factories had to close for a few weeks but they kept me fully informed as to their schedule. As per my request, they also made a special trip to drop the trim off ahead of time so I could pre-paint it before it was installed. Alex came and did the install and caulking beads and trim were straight and neat. They removed all garbage from the site and cleaned up the property inside and out. They also took the time to make the best of a bad structural issue (from when house was built) where the new bay window had to go. They worked it out and made it look good when it was done. Thanks again guys. It was a pleasure working with real contractors who genuinely care about their work and their customers! I have already referred you to a family member. Keep being great!

22 windows replaced on 140 year old victorian. Presentation was great no pressure. Installation very professional and done in a day and a half. Even the weather didn't stop them from completing job and done very well. Very respectful instalers. The overcame alot of chalanges a 140 year old house with original windows can bring up. Recommended to my sister.

Well when l first moved into my home our windows were quite old. In the winter l would be freezing cold in my semi home, so l decided to get new windows after a couple years of dealing with the old windows. This was my best decision ever because now l have great windows for a cheap prize!

We were very pleased with the professional service of Galaxy Windows and the door that they installed at our home. When I called the office for an estimate, Alex got back to me within a few hours and came to our home, at our convenience, to give us an estimate only a few days later. He was attentive and knowledge, but not at all pushy. The installer came a couple of weeks later, just as promised, and installed our new door in one afternoon. He was very efficient and neat. He also kindly removed the hardware from our old door in case we wanted to reuse it in the future. Overall, the whole transaction was a very positive experience.

When looking at reviews before settling with a vendor, I saw Galaxy Windows had very strong reviews. We brought them in. Alex wasn't pushy at all and we felt quite comfortable with him.
We are incredibly happy with the new windows and front door. Excellent company to deal with from beginning to finished product. No need to look further if you're in the market for windows or doors.
