We moved into our home in 2013 and our house had the original windows which were over 20 years old. In the winter time we would get frost on the inside of our windows as well as a draft. We finally decided to replace all the windows in our house. We did about half our windows the first time around and then a year later we did the rest. Our original windows were a yellow/beige facing the street and our consultant advised us that it would be about 30% cheaper to go with standard white which actually looked better anyways. We are very happy with our windows and they were installed quickly and professionally. We also have a lifetime warranty against defects.

There was a bit of a hiccup on the first install day as the team discovered a small dent on the product. I appreciated the upfront honesty and they did reschedule the install promptly after the holidays. Alex and his partner did an amazing job installing the doors and making sure the details were tight (and I'm pretty picky) and well integrated into the outside brick, inside moulding, and floor.

My wife and I could not be any more pleased with the service and product we received. Our kids were wondering why we were smiling and staring at our new doors for so long! :) Fantastic job gents.

In September 2018, I contacted GALAXY WD for their window products and price quote. From in-house consultation/quotation to window measurement and the 10 windows installation, their service is very efficient, high quality windows with reasonable price and the work is well done. Now after two winters, SO FAR SO GOOD!

We were impressed that Alex's installation team and the windows arrived on the promised date, which was close to the holidays (and we were hosting!). They replaced 11 windows in one day. They did a great job - kept the work site clean and we appreciate that they added insulation around the windows when they were installed.

We love the new look both inside and out. As you can see from our photos, the black exterior frames add a clean and much more modern look. The white interior brightens our rooms and you can feel the difference with keeping the house warmer.

2 months later since the installation (Oct.25/19) after living through significantly cold weather I can tell with confidence: both, living and family rooms became remarkably warmer and the noise from the street is less noticeable. The difference is especially striking in the family room over garage. The installation process was a breeze - on schedule, precise, no mess afterwards. Communication was good and the prices are fair.

Alex and team work quickly and deliver top quality product and installation. I had all the windows in my house plus a sliding glass door replaced. They look great and, more importantly, I feel no draft at all anymore.
