This is my 2nd time working with Galaxy Windows. I appreciated Galaxy Windows for installing 8 new windows to my property. Dmitri always gave a reasonable price and Alex performed his professional installation so well. Alex came to work on time. He did not leave a mess in the house while moving in an out with either old or new windows. He also cleaned up the floors well after finishing the job. Thank you so much for your job.
I highly recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone who really think about a professional windows and doors installation.

Very professional from estimations, preparation to installation. Installer are punctual and professional. All windows on the 2nd floor are changed within 4 hours. Very happy with the services and the price as well.

Did the usual and obtained multiple quotes, saw Dmitry last but he was the only one that brought a sample window with him . Helped tremendously to have the visual aide while he explained the technical parts of the window. Very easy to coordinate measuring and install dates, they were accommodating to our schedule and installers were very professional.

For a urgent matter, I need the replacement completed within two weeks, and the replacement is just for a single patio sliding door. So, I worried that it could be hard to find a company willing to take this type of job with a fair price. But Galaxy Windows is the company to meet all my expectations.

Dmitri came to my house twice before the deal signed to give me the free estimates and job explanation. Admitri is very professional and knowledgeable. Less than one week after the deal signed I was informed that the installation is ready to conduct.

The installation technician, Michael showed up right on time in the early morning as scheduled, although there was a heavy snow the night before. Michael's experiences and skills really impressed me. After half hour of watching him work on the installation, I felt like Michael is exactly the right technician that made me feel fortunate and comfortable for this installation. Job well done!

Galaxy retrofitted a large window unit at the front of my house, 2 double windows at the back and 2 basement windows. The installers covered the floors with drop sheets and cleaned up as they worked. They were friendly and did a good job The windows look great and function well. Alex had a pleasant manner about him when he came to my home to give me a quote. I received quotes from 2 other companies, but decided on Galaxy. I would recommend this company.

I want to say this company is very professional and they are very serious about their business image and doing their best to make sure the customer is satisfied. Their pricing is also very competitive.
Alex was the salesperson for my project , he did a good presentation about their product and company. After the confirmation of the project , everything happened on time .
Alex (another Alex) and Roman were the installers of this project. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They worked very hard , finished the project very well and cleaned up everything .
My new windows look very beautiful and installation looks perfect.

Overall I have a very good customer experience with this company and would recommend Galaxy windows to my family and friends.

This is the first time we had replaced windows in our home and had not really been through this experience before.

After inviting a few window companies to our home to demo their products we were quite confused as there are many good companies out there with their own unique product.

However, my wife and I were quite impressed with the product that Dmitri from Galaxy Windows presented to us.
We feel that this particular product resonated most with us and met all our requirements.

This was an important part of the decision making process for us and after visting the manufacturer's showroom to view the windows we decided to go with Galaxy.

Dmitri walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions that enabled us to make an informed decision regarding the type of window to install in each room of our home and other decisions we needed to make related to glass, grilles etc.

Alex arrived a few days later to take measurements for all the windows and was able to answer some follow up question we had regarding the installation.

When installation day arrived, Alex and team were able to replace all windows in two and half days. We were especially impressed with the quality of the work that was carried out by the team and their attention to detail. Also, how the team were able to remove some windows without causing any damage to existing marble tiles surrounding the windows.

Now as the weather is getting colder we have noted a significant difference in each room of our house and how much warmer it is (less heat loss) with the new windows.

Overall, we are very satisifed with our new windows. Our impression after dealing with Galaxy Windows was one of total professionalism and I highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your windows.

We had 13 windows replaced Alex the salesperson was fantastic, answered all our questions and our concerns. Yuri, the installer when he came by to take final measurements guided us on what was possible given the size of some of our windows.

Yuri and his assistant were fantastic, they took their time to ensure everything was done properly and we were satisfied. We would highly recommend this company to whomever wants to replace their windows.

We needed to replace the windows in our house and looked on HomeStars for reputable companies. Galaxy Windows was one of three companies we contacted to provide us with a quote. Alex came to our house and was very thorough in measuring, showing us the product and providing the estimate. After careful consideration, we decided to go with Galaxy but wanted to change our quote from a retrofit to a full replacement. Alex was quick to come back to take new measurements and revise the quote.
Galaxy came to install the windows on Thanksgiving. The install team of Alex (a different Alex!) and Roman did an amazing job. In just one day, they installed 8 windows (3 casement windows in the living room, 2 awning windows, 2 basement windows, and 1 station/casement bedroom window) with minimal mess. Towards the end of the day, Alex 1 came to inspect the work and asked us if we were happy with the windows. We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows.
Before the install, I was rather worried about how the windows would look and how the install would go (because the exterior of the house is partly stucco), but I worried for nothing. The windows are top quality and the install went so smoothly. Very very happy with Alex 1, Alex 2, Roman and Galaxy Windows. At some point, we want to replace our patio door and front door. For sure we'll be calling Galaxy to do this for us!

I ordered 5 new windows from Galaxy, including 2 large front windows, 1 bedroom window and 2 basement windows. To my delight, windows were ready about 10 days earlier than promised. Installation was fast, neat and professional. Windows look great and I am fully pleased with my decision to go with Galaxy.
