I have had all our windows and 2 sliding doors replaced by Galaxy Windows. Somone else had done them about 15 years ago but did not do a good job as the seals on the windows were letting condensation in. Galaxy did an amazing job. The job was done at different times and I did not hesitate to call them again to do the balance of the windows. I highly recommend this company to my neighbours and friends. Alex and team worked fast, efficient, and very tidy and cleaned up afterwards - couldnt ask for better service.....and my windows in the bedroom looked fantastic - thank you Demetri for making that selection for us. Will certainly use your service again when we moved house.

Our six basement windows needed replacing, they were over 60 years old. After some research, I found Galaxy Windows. I was very impressed from the very first meeting. Alex came with a sample window cross section, talked about materials and warranty. I had to stop him right there, in the many years and many houses where I have had the windows changed, this was the first time anyone has broached these subjects with me! The delay from ordering the windows to their being delivered and installed were very reasonable, better than expected. The installers (another Alex and his assistant) were punctual, polite and very professional. I have some oddly placed windows and was expecting some complaining but not a word from these guys. They worked conscientiously and cheerfully till the work was done. I am so happy with their work and the quality of the windows, I wish I had called these guys when we were having the upstairs windows replaced. I will definitely call on Galaxy Windows again the next time I need similar work done and would unreservedly recommend them to friends. In fact, I have already done so. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Galaxy Windows. Dimitri was great to deal with and was very reasonable with his quote. His installers were very professional and hard workers. His installers even reinstalled my California shutters which is something that most window companies won't get involved with. I did pay extra to have the shutters reinstalled but it was a reasonable amount. Alex (1) and Alex (2) worked hard and I was very pleased with the installation of both the new windows and the California shutters. After the new five windows were installed both Alex and Dimitri made sure that I was satisfied with everything that Galaxy Windows provided and promised. Dimitri came to check the installation and opened all the windows to see if everything was in good working condition. Dimitri also provided me with a warranty certificate from Hometech the day of installation. I had another company install 8 windows at the front of my house and until today I haven't received a warranty certificate. My only regret is that I didn't pick Dimitri and Galaxy Windows to do all the windows, front and back of my house. But I am glad that I had Galaxy Windows do the remaining five windows at the back side of my house. It was a hard lesson learned but now I will use Galaxy Windows for any future window or door replacements.Thank you Galaxy team for the great experience.

We are absolutely thrilled with Galaxy Windows and Doors. We had two 12 foot old and leaky windows replaced, one in our living room and one in our bedroom, two other bedroom windows and two patio doors replaced as well.

In every aspect of the entire job, from the initial meeting to completion of the work, we were treated with total professionalism, skilled workmanship and respect for our home. Dimitri assisted with the initial phone call and Alex came to do the estimate. On the worksite, Alex(#2) assisted by Roman and Alex(#3), worked diligently, carefully and skillfully to perform the installations, remove the old windows and debris and thoroughly cleaned the work area inside and out.

Our living room window was a retrofit, as we did not want to lose the inside wooden ledge. Alex actually flagged us to the ledge noting that it was a unusual part of the interior window, one worth keeping. A competing company made no mention of it. This installation was done with the utmost care and there was absolutely no damage to the existing walls or to the surrounding paint.

GalaxyWD installed everything to perfection. Worth every penny!

Galaxy windows did an amazing job installaing windows in our home. Our main contact was Alex who was very professional and answered all our questions. The installation was supposed to occur during 2 days but the first day it rained and installation had to be postponed until the next day. Alex and his crew finished all windows on the second day, as promised. We were very satisfied with their work.

Had a great experience getting 5 windows replaced, including 3 on the second story. Alex did a great job explaining the products, the process, and offered a competitive price. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up as they worked (big bonus since we have little ones around the house). They arrived promptly at 8am and were finished everything by 2pm. Very hard working and polite crew. They made extra effort and took extra care to not damage the original trim we have around the windows, which was very important to us. Alex was very responsive to email, phone, and text inquiries the whole time as well, which was very helpful. Overall great job and would highly recommend!

We went with Galaxy Windows when we first bought our house and needed some windows replaced immediately. They were professional, had very competitive prices and sold an excellent product. We had them replace our front door with a beautiful wrought iron piece. They have as of today replaced all our old windows. We have noticed a big difference in the summer with the temperature in the bedrooms and should see the same this winter. Dimitri and Alex have been wonderful and very professional.

Galaxy windows is the excellent company. Everything from the sale to the installation went easy and smooth. We got from them the 7 windows and the entrance door. The salesman Dmitri is very professional, punctual and accommodative. Galaxy is the only one company among of few we interviewed that gave us the written and very detailed quote. The installer Alex is very professional person since we had not a standard window in the bathroom on the tile wall. He installed the window without a need for an additional tile work. Alex from post-sales and management is very flexible and accommodative. There wasn’t a problem getting a touch-up a few days after the installation. Overall, I very satisfied with the service.
