We were in the market looking to replace all 14 windows and 2 doors in our home. We must have called at least 10 different companies, all of which were priced significantly higher than the price we received from Alex for the exact same windows and doors. Alex was very professional; he answered the many questions we had and explained everything in great detail. He actually came to our home several times because we didn’t book right away. Each time he came, he always exerted patience and professionalism. This is unheard of in this industry. I highly doubt that other companies would have come out that many times. Alex was never pushy or aggressive, not once in the many times that he came to my home did I feel any pressure to book with him. We wanted to make sure that we hired a company that provided quality windows and doors as well as workmanship, so we did a lot of comparing with other companies. We finally booked not only because their price was the best, but the excellent ratings here on Homestars is ultimately what sold us. Pre-installation services were also excellent. They were very responsive every time we emailed them, and they were even able to accommodate a specific installation date. The installation team Alex (not the same Alex) and Roman were also amazing. They were efficient and did an excellent job installing all the windows and doors. They take pride in their workmanship, even the caulking in the matching colour was used, which I wasn’t even expecting, and the end result is nothing short of amazing. They definitely go above and beyond! If your looking for a company that offers quality windows, doors and workmanship, with the best prices and absolutely no headaches than Galaxy WD is who you should book with.
