This is the 2nd time I used Galaxy Windows, to replace whole house windows and two patio doors for my newly purchased house. As ever, they did excellent quality job. Although several windows have little manufacturing defects (tiny scratches in the glass that I couldn't notice until later), Galaxy had customer's back and managed to have them replaced with no hassle. So yes, I'm 100% satisfied with Galaxy Windows on this project, especially during this uncertain pandemic time, and very happy with the outcome. Definately would recommend to my neighbours and friends.

My wife and I are very happy that we have decided to proceed with Galaxy windows. Their service and level of installation were outstanding.
We had 10 windows replaced and three doors just in 2 day which is very fast. Installers were very professional and polite. Initially we thought we will have to do some touch-ups to the walls, but installers took every possible effort to make sure no damage was done, so we don't have to do anything. The house already feels warmer and looks a lot better aesthetically. No wonder why Galaxy windows has exceptional reviews online as they are really the best company you could find. Thanks to Alex and team who did a great job with installing windows and doors for us.

Very happy with the overall service and the end result. Pricing is very competitive. I appreciated how Alex worked with me to make revisions to my initial design. The final product was as I had hoped. Installation was quick and clean. I appreciate that the company clearly cares that the customer is satisfied with the final product. Any concerns I had with the finished installation were quickly resolved the next day.

We purchased our home in 2018 which was originally built in 2008. The windows were finished, and we knew we would have to replace them.

In January 2020, we searched quite a few companies and decided on Galaxy to handle our project - new windows and exterior doors. They were delivered on time, installed professionally and the premises were clean when they left.

In February 2021, we had a minor issue with the front door that was resolved very quickly to our satisfaction. Galaxy lived up to their guarantee. Their product knowledge, service, and professionalism was exemplary, and we would highly recommend them.

We had quotes from a few highly rated vendors but Alex at Galaxy Windows proved to be the best to work with. Alex was honest in his recommendations and made sure we had all the information to make our decision. His crew did a fantastic job with both speed and quality of the installation. We immediately noticed the effects of the new windows with regards to how much natural light come into our house and how well they insulate the heat in the house. Highly recommended!

Alex and his team were amazing to work with to have our 6 windows and 1 patio door replaced. The install was incredibly smooth with all of the work completed in a day. The quality and finish on the outside is just fantastic, we had this done in February, the team was thoughtful and considerate with the snow by covering our floors and constantly cleaned up after each window so there was little to no mess! We are very pleased with the product, our old house is warmer and we have had non stop compliments from our neighbors. We would recommend Galaxy to anyone shopping for windows.

Recently replaced 6 windows & side door: Alex (sales) reviewed our requirements & helped us determine that retrofit windows (vs brick to brick) would be fine for our 1960's bungalow. We were looking for good quality windows & were impressed by the manufacturing process described. Installers worked on 1 window at a time so the house didn't get cold. Windows have been in for a month & we really notice a difference in how sound-proof they are compared to the old. Loving our new side door which lets in loads of light.

I compared three windows replace companies and decided to choose Galaxy Windows, after all 14 windows and one patio door replaced, the house looks very beautiful and the I am so happy with their service. the works were very helpful and were doing a good job.
