My husband, Michael, and I bought our home in our desired neighbourhood on our 'dream' street.

We both saw the many difficiencies in our home and were aware of the extensive amount of work it would require to bring it up to date and turn it into a home that would be reflective of both of us.

Upon our designer's recommendation - we met with Nataneal and subsequently secured P&P Renovations to do our home reno.

Our wish list was extensive and when done given to Nataneal; Nataneal provided us with a detailed, clear and precise scope of work which outlined every minute detail of the project and the dollar amount connected with each. The scope of work was broken down into easily understood subgroups, i.e., 2nd floor, main floor and lower level living space.

With Nataneal, we both immediately recognized his wide expanse of knowledge and expertise in home renovations; he was able to pinpoint areas that might present challenges and always had suggestions that were not only amazing - but practical, economical as well as cosmetically pleasing.

The detailed and precise scope of work Nataneal provided us - which included all dollar amounts as well as start and finish dates - was adhered to throughout the project. Nataneal and his crew stayed on target with respect to start dates as well as completion date. Nataneal also stayed right on budget!!

Mario - our site manager - and his crew proved to be not only hardworking, pleasant, professional and respectful - but demonstrated time and time again their dedication and commitment to a job well done! We witnessed their early morning start times as well as their late end times - more often than not working six days a week.

Nataneal has a wonderful raport with his staff and is clearly well-respected by all of his employees; this respect and dedication to their employer is seen in their demeanor while on the job as well as their willingness to go the extra mile to make us happy.

No detail was missed within our project and quite often we noticed that extra had been done with no mention to us and at no cost to us.

We are 'keeping' Nataneal...we are 'keeping' Mario and we are 'keeping' his crew!! We feel so very fortunate to have had such an amazing team work on our home.

P & P came highly recommended on Home Stars so we decided to go with them. Natanael was punctual, professional, and patient when he came to give us a quote (he came a couple of times because we weren't sure which task we wanted to tackle first). Natanael's staff, Silvio and Alejandro were also friendly, responsive to our questions, and had excellent workmanship. Other than the fact that the project took longer than we expected, we were very happy with the finished product. Silvio also made himself available via text message/cell phone and responded quickly to fix the problem whenever we had a concern. We are planning to add a bedroom to our basement and we have sought out another quote from P & P.

It took us a while to interview and decide which company to hire for our full basement renovation, but we made the best choice when we picked Natanael and his team. We were impressed by the detailed and extremely thorough estimate, the long list of references and the fact that the business license and liability insurance details were provided upfront.
The work was completed on time and on budget, and our basement looks amazing! It is even better than what we originally had in mind, due to Natanael’s ideas and suggestions.

Natanael and his team accomplished a great job. First of all, the quote was very detailed and the price shown for every step. All the choices were clear and well explained. The team is very trustworthy; they arrive always in time and leave the job as clean as possible. They were always nice and friendly and took all our requests into consideration, explaining clearly what was possible to do or not given our budget. They were of good advice, and came with good ideas. The whole project was accomplished in the predicted time frame.

We were delighted with our fully renovated basement bathroom. Natanael gave an accurate quote and explanation of the work involved. Mauricio and his team were highly skilled and communicated very well. As the renovation progressed, a few discoveries were made behind the walls but Mauricio always had reasonable solutions that did not break the bank. Mauricio worked very hard and was always calm and very personable. We were very comfortable with the team and were very impressed with the quality of the work. The total cost of the renovation was very reasonable and we fully recommend P&P Renovations.

Last year, my husband and I finally decided to reno may basement as I live in a small home is west end of downtown and needed the additional space. We had, had our home gutted 5 yrs before and had a really bad experience with a shody contractor.

I got quotes from different references and of all the folks I interviewed I found P & P Painting was the most professional, organized in timely in how they approached the quotation process. They asked lots of questions, took their time to take lots of measurements and itemized the scope of work appropriately in our contract.

That was the first indication I had found the right company to do business with.

Next was the wait time-a couple of mths not bad considering I was worried I would need to book 6-9mths in advance.

Finally the renos started and I found the workmen to be utterly humble, respectfuly of my home an cleaned up after themselves, but also the project lead Mauricio gave me a daily updates of the work progress. The project ran a bit longer than expected., but in the end they put the extra effort in the home stretch to get it done.

They made time to answer my many daily questions, addressed my concerns in a timely manner and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the outcome.

It was not a cheap Reno, but with contractors you get exactly what you pay for. We got an electrical inspection certificate, they were courteous, professional and the end result is something I am happy with.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We were looking for a contractor to renovate our main floor and bathrooms of our townhouse. We found Natanel on Homestars and from the moment we contacted him to the end of the project were impressed with his professionalism.

This was our first renovation and had heard all the horror stories of renovations gone wrong. Natanael and his team put our fears to rest. Nataenal's was spot on with his quote and timelines he provided, they actually finished early. The work was very well done. When there were small issues Natanael had them fixed immediately. Natanael was always responsive to our concerns.

We worked with Calvin, Mauricio, Camillo (painter) and Ernesto as the project team. They were always on time and cleaned up the work site at the end of the day. They were always open to any questions we might have had and resolved issues if any were brought to them.

We had a great experience with P&P Renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. On time, on budget, pride in what they do, and communication made our renovation experience a joy!

I contacted Natanael after they finished the basement of a close friend in Richmond hill. I was very impressed with the finish, especially the fine details that they had taken care of.
Natanael and his team worked on our basement. I was very happy from him from the start. In the beginning he gave very good and useful advice about the lay out of the basement, the products and any additional upgrades we needed. The thing I liked best about Natanael is that he is EXTREMELY knowledgable. I had some specific upgrades in the bathroom which required special plumbing and installation. Most of the other contractors I spoke with did not know about them, but Natanael already knew about it and did a fantastic job of putting it in place. He also was very accomodating and went above and beyond whenever we had any special requests.
Natanael's team started on our basement on time and ended on the exact day that he put on the contract. I have heard horror stories about delayed projects and we had absolutely no problems with Natanael and his team. Mauricio was the person who worked at our home. Mauricio was effecient, punctual and he was very receptive to any recommendations we had even in the middle of the project. But more than anything, he was very respectful. I stayed at home with my two children (3 year old and 9 month old) through the whole project. I was extremely nervous about getting renovation done with little kids at home. Mauricio made sure that the house was completely livable and safe for the children. Every evening the team would clean the basement and we felt extremely comfortable going down there with the kids. All the team members that came in, the electrician, painter etc. were all extremely professional and very respectful. So a big Thank you to Mauricio and all the people who worked on site.
