We had P&P finish our basement in our house in Newmarket in 2013 and this year after we moved to Ajax we hired them again to finish the partially finished basement. We were extremely happy with the job they did in 2013. When we were selling that house many buyers commented on how professionally the basement had been finished and having that basement helped us sell that house faster and for a good price. This year we hired Nathanael and his team again and they did a great job. The basement was partially finished and so we had to change some things around to fit our needs. Nathanael gave us great advice on how to rearrange some of the walls and we are very happy with the finished space. Everything was done extremely professionally and they finished the project in great time. The P&P team was extremely respectful and considerate while working. We had elderly parents and children in the house while the project was going in and the team always made sure the space was safe and no one was bothered. While they were working a number if small projects came up and Nathanael was able to include those in his work as well. What we like best about working with them is that Nathanael is extremely knwledgable about almost everything you can imagine and is always able to give excellent advice. I contacted Natanael after they finished the basement of a close friend in Richmond hill. I was very impressed with the finish, especially the fine details that they had taken care of. Natanael and his team worked on our basement. I was very happy from him from the start. In the beginning he gave very good and useful advice about the lay out of the basement, the products and any additional upgrades we needed. The thing I liked best about Natanael is that he is EXTREMELY knowledgable. I had some specific upgrades in the bathroom which required special plumbing and installation. Most of the other contractors I spoke with did not know about them, but Natanael already knew about it and did a fantastic job of putting it in place. He also was very accomodating and went above and beyond whenever we had any special requests. Natanael's team started on our basement on time and ended on the exact day that he put on the contract. I have heard horror stories about delayed projects and we had absolutely no problems with Natanael and his team. Mauricio was the person who worked at our home. Mauricio was effecient, punctual and he was very receptive to any recommendations we had even in the middle of the project. But more than anything, he was very respectful. I stayed at home with my two children (3 year old and 9 month old) through the whole project. I was extremely nervous about getting renovation done with little kids at home. Mauricio made sure that the house was completely livable and safe for the children. Every evening the team would clean the basement and we felt extremely comfortable going down there with the kids. All the team members that came in, the electrician, painter etc. were all extremely professional and very respectful. So a big Thank you to Mauricio and all the people who worked on site. We are very satisfied with the work and feel comfortable recommending them to any friend/family member.
