I contacted Natanael after they finished the basement of a close friend in Richmond hill. I was very impressed with the finish, especially the fine details that they had taken care of.
Natanael and his team worked on our basement. I was very happy from him from the start. In the beginning he gave very good and useful advice about the lay out of the basement, the products and any additional upgrades we needed. The thing I liked best about Natanael is that he is EXTREMELY knowledgable. I had some specific upgrades in the bathroom which required special plumbing and installation. Most of the other contractors I spoke with did not know about them, but Natanael already knew about it and did a fantastic job of putting it in place. He also was very accomodating and went above and beyond whenever we had any special requests.
Natanael's team started on our basement on time and ended on the exact day that he put on the contract. I have heard horror stories about delayed projects and we had absolutely no problems with Natanael and his team. Mauricio was the person who worked at our home. Mauricio was effecient, punctual and he was very receptive to any recommendations we had even in the middle of the project. But more than anything, he was very respectful. I stayed at home with my two children (3 year old and 9 month old) through the whole project. I was extremely nervous about getting renovation done with little kids at home. Mauricio made sure that the house was completely livable and safe for the children. Every evening the team would clean the basement and we felt extremely comfortable going down there with the kids. All the team members that came in, the electrician, painter etc. were all extremely professional and very respectful. So a big Thank you to Mauricio and all the people who worked on site.
