We have a leaking skylight and contacted Mr Roof Repair based on the reviews here. Over the phone they thought that they would be able to fix it pretty easily. On the scheduled date they were late (had given a 2:30-5:30 pm window) and did not call, I had to call for an update. They ended up being about half an hour after their window. Once they started work they did a pretty thorough investigation and determined that the seal on the skylight was gone. They resealed the skylight as a temporary fix but recommended that the skylights be replaced. They sent an assessment report with photos of what was done, which is handy.

I called them in a panic. There was exposed plywood on my roof. After a big storm and continued rain, water was running out of a light fixture in a room on the 3rd floor. They responded promptly, were extremely thorough, detailed and professional on the phone and the crew that showed up to do the repair was equally professional. I was impressed with the follow-up report I got that assessed the condition of my roof. I definitely recommend them.

the service was very professional. they took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, including taking lots of photos to give me complete assessment of the roof and repaired the leak. i was going to replace the entire roof and with their advice i was able to be more confident that the existing roof still has a couple more years before i am to consider a replacement. would recommend this company any day!

I am a new home owner and had some trepidation about selecting a repair company - we had some water coming in from the roof to the bedroom. I felt very at ease with Mr Roof Repair - they were very helpful over the phone, taking the time to listen to the issue, offering some potential reasons for the issue and took the time to go through the process and what to expect. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and thorough. When they were finished they again took the time to walk me through what they did and also pointed out a spot they had fixed where some animals were getting in that we hadn't noticed. There have been some heavy rains since they came and the issue seems to be resolved. If I ever have an issue again I will use Mr Roof Repair.

After a long night of very heavy rain we awoke to a drip in our sitting room ceiling, and of course panic! But then i spoke to Gerrard at Mr Roof Repair and all my anxiety drifted away. He was friendly and re-assuring and did everything he could to get a crew to my roof the same day. Ben and Kim arrived that afternoon and had the problem solved and mended in less than an hour. They also provide an extensive roof condition report with photos which is very useful to know what needs attention next. i highly recommend this company.

In our brand new home we were experiencing a leak in the ceiling above our foyer (open to above). The builder sent someone to have a look and the gentleman walked in, took one look and said it was ice damming and there was nothing they could do about it - "an act of God." Since ice damming is not covered by Tarion, I called Mr. Roof Repair to tell me what was really going on. They were professional, courteous and told me exactly what was happening (not cold enough in the attic due to lack of ventilation and the snow was being trapped behind the vapour barrier and melting resulting in a leak in the ceiling). They provided photos and documentation backing their findings and I have since forwarded them to Tarion. Hopefully something will be done about it without it having to come out of our pockets but I would have no hesitation contacting Mr. Roof Repair again.

I have never dealt with a more professional and knowledgable roofing company; starting from the time I called in looking for a quote to the completion of the job. When the time comes to replace my whole roof, I will certainly call them back!

Contacted Gerard who set the appointment. Initial service was delayed because of weather/scheduling but work was completed in good time together with my neighbour's. Follow-up service was outstanding as well.when additional shingles came off after initial service. Highly recommend!

As I have not needed any repairs since moving in I turned to Homestars to look for a roofer to repair some flashing and roof porch problems. Mr. Roof Repair had excellent rating. They came day after I called - arrived on time - repaired flashing in under an hour. Estimated porch roofing needed replacing. Received a detailed report with pictures and estimate for porch work. Am in process of arranging this. At this point I feel confident that Mr. Roof Repair will stand behind their work and are reliable. I have already recommended this company to friends.

Mr Roof Tepair was very quick to respond to my request and book an appointment. They were able to temporarily help with a leak on a exterior porch and provided an assessment. The assessment is worth the cost alone. They provided a detailed review with photos of all things 'roof health' related. Very helpful!
