Intact Roofing

Sean inspected the area around the skylight and found no problems. However a closer inspection of some flashing showed a small crack and some lifting in an area aligned with the leak. He caulked that and all other suspect areas along the back edge of the roof. To complete this and then remove old sponge leaf guard from all the eaves trough all around the house for a very reasonable fee. He even came by and replaced a piece of squirrel baffle that had fallen out earlier, at no additional change. We were very pleased and highly recommend Intact Roofing.

Sean responded to my inquiry immediately and he and his team were at my house within an hour to do the work! They did a quality job and went over and above! Thank you!

I needed to replace the shingles on my Garden Shed and after talking to Sean he provided me with a quote that I felt was fair. He answered all my questions and took the time to ensure I was happy. He completed the work 4 days later and the roof looks great. He even added an ice drip edging which was not in the original quote at no extra charge. I would have no hesitation in getting the company to do more work if I needed it and would recommend the company to anyone who needs this service.

I called Intact roofing and was pleasantly surprised that they answered my call and set up a free estimate for the next day. They arrived as indicated and repaired my roof and went on to check all the other shingles and corners of the roof. The price was very fair and I will be using and recommending them to everyone.

After the first snow fall my mother-in-law noticed water leaking into her house.

They tarped the area first came back a week later and did a wonderful job .

We lost quite a few sheets of shingles in the major windstorm a week back. We had big open wooden patches and missing roof vents. I contacted a number of companies who never returned my calls and Intact Roofing answered my call the first time. They arranged to send their crew out the next day and, in addition, called me in the morning to confirm. They really gave me confidence that they were extremely professional and sure enough, they didn't let us down and they did a great job patching the missing areas and securing new vents. i will be calling them later this summer to get a quote for the entire roof, no hesitation recommending this company.
