My house was built in 1979, and the original owner had put in a walkout from the basement sometime around 1985. We purchased the house in 1995. The walls were constructed of wood beams, and the stairs wood planks. Needless to say, the walkout was way past its intended life, and in need of replacement. Our family decided that we wanted it filled in, and the patio door replaced with a window and well. We decided to improve the size of our yard, and because we barely used the walkout over the years. After doing some research, I contacted A to Z to do the job. They were upfront at every step of the process with no surprises. Mike and his crew were on time and completed the job as agreed upon. I highly recommend A to Z for this type of job.
