New Century Maids

DO NOT USE NEW CENTURY MAIDS...I must say that in the beginning when we first started to use New Century Maids about 1 year ago everything was great up until they switched ladies on us all of a sudden after I've mentioned to Kamila (Office Manager) that certain items were being missed on the day of cleaning, invoices weren't being recieved on time for payment and having tipsy late fees, to just recent dirt floors and furniture not being cleaned properly. This company has "POOR Customer Service and Quality Assurance" having dealt with Alex the owner and expressing my dissatisfaction on the quality of service I got, he has basically left me no choice to write this review.

Let me put things into prospective for you...Today was our original cleaning day that no one called or emailed me from their office to let me know that the cleaning crew has taken upon themselves not to service my house, due to some minor complains I had about their cleaning job, so I called the office and spoke with Alex and he told me that he was going to call me, but was side track with other issues he was having. At this point I already had a feeling that the cleaning crew wasn't going to show up because the office staff usually emails me in advance letting me know what time the crew would be arriving and this time I didn't. Let me tell you that I paid good money to get my house cleaned on a weekly basis, that I would have expected Alex to understand my frustration. At the end of the day if a company is selling themselves on Quality and Satisfaction ...you need to listen to some feedback from your customers positive or negative and work with it.

After my conversation with Alex...I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to find us another crew that would be able to take over. At 3:00pm he called me back and basically gave me the excuse that he wasn't able to find another crew...so I thanked him for services (fired them) and told him that he has the WORST company for Customer Service and that I would never use them ever again, nor will I refer them either. If you value Customer Service, Quality and Satisfaction...then "STAY AWAY" and save your money. Bottom line Alex let's his workers dictate who they work for instead of doing the job their hired for.

I am expecting my first child and it's hard for me to keep my home clean all the time as i near the end of my pregnancy. My husband suggested I hire a company to help. After doing a thorough research on HomeStars, New Century maids sounded like they knew what they are doing. After speaking to Kamila I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company- she explained each step and I could not wait till my cleaning day arrived.
The ladies that arrived were very quick and worked hard the entire visit. When they finished they asked me to look around and see if there was anything else that i would like to have done. Everything was perfect, so shiny and clean I was ecstatic.
I was at peace knowing that my home was clean and ready for the arrival of our child. Will definitely call them to setup next cleaning. Thanks.

Excellent service and value. We have used new century maids for three months now and 5 cleanings. We hired them for on going bi-weekly house cleaning and we are completely satisfied with the service, the maids attitudes, and the overall value. I got quotes from 10 different companies and chose new century based on their price, the series package, the number of reviews, quality of reviews and service area....and, again, we definitely made the right choice.

DO NOT USE CENTURY MAIDS. They damaged our furniture with their cleaning products and they tried to blame it on us. They refused to refund us the entire cost of the repairs, even though we hired a restorer who told us that the damage was likely caused by an aggressive cleaning agent. We also had witness statements from our regular cleaning lady confirming there was no prior damage to our furniture. The cost of repairs was very modest compared to what we paid for their services (over $800.00). Had they offered to pay it they could have kept a customer. Yet they only offered to pay for half. In the end we walked away because it was not worth the hassle, but please be aware of this company's underhanded practices. I am sure the owner (Alex) will get online to try to defend their position and probably say it was us who caused the damage, but that's simply untrue and he knows it.

Just wanted to say how extremely happy I am with New Century Maids cleaning. The crew was prompt and went straight to work. My floors were so clean that you could practically see yourself in them, amazing work! I will definitely be using NCM for all of my cleanings from now on.

’m a Mom of 4 kids and my home gets very messy, lots of toys kid’s clothes and many spilt drink or food spots. I just can’t seem to get all of the chores done. After a long day spent with the children I am just too exhausted to clean up the house.
I looked to the internet to see if I could find a company who could help me.
I found New Century Maids and from the moment I called the office staff was so helpful, they asked me about my home about my schedule and found a day and time that best suited my hectic lifestyle.
The crew that came to my home was very polite and did such a fantastic job that I am still amazed at how much detail they paid to all of the areas in my home. I need a really deep clean because things just got all piled up and my home really needed the work. I had them there for 4 hours each and I do not regret any penny I spent and have already set up a weekly cleaning day to help me.
I can now spend the time I have with my family. Best choice I have made. Great work NCM!

They did a great job with the post construction cleaning. The ladies were punctual and professional, and very quick. They got the job done in half the time that was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning service.

Such wonderful work by a crew that really takes pride in the work they do. New Century Maids is the best I can’t say enough. My home is always clean. I have a large home and need help keeping it clean. The ladies always get straight to work when they arrive and work very hard. It makes my life a whole lot easier and I now have time to do the things that I really like. They are very detail oriented, always polite and professional.
I remember one incident where one of the ladies (Marie) had come to me with a necklace that I lost a while back – she had found it in the couch cushions – they are honest and I know that they get into areas of my home that need cleaning.
I just love New Century Maids!

have been using New Century Maids for a few years now and am always in awe of the superb work that they do. They really do care
about their clients; they call regularly to get feedback and how their crews work and if I have any suggestions on improvement, it makes
me feel really good that my opinions are being looked into and used.
I am stress free when I come home after a long day at work and can relax in a clean – dust free home. Many thanks NCM.

New Century sent a crew in to do a heavy cleaning on a condo that we were getting ready to list. They did an excellent and professional job, the place looked so good we almost didn't sell it! Highly recommended.
