DO NOT USE NEW CENTURY MAIDS...I must say that in the beginning when we first started to use New Century Maids about 1 year ago everything was great up until they switched ladies on us all of a sudden after I've mentioned to Kamila (Office Manager) that certain items were being missed on the day of cleaning, invoices weren't being recieved on time for payment and having tipsy late fees, to just recent dirt floors and furniture not being cleaned properly. This company has "POOR Customer Service and Quality Assurance" having dealt with Alex the owner and expressing my dissatisfaction on the quality of service I got, he has basically left me no choice to write this review.
Let me put things into prospective for you...Today was our original cleaning day that no one called or emailed me from their office to let me know that the cleaning crew has taken upon themselves not to service my house, due to some minor complains I had about their cleaning job, so I called the office and spoke with Alex and he told me that he was going to call me, but was side track with other issues he was having. At this point I already had a feeling that the cleaning crew wasn't going to show up because the office staff usually emails me in advance letting me know what time the crew would be arriving and this time I didn't. Let me tell you that I paid good money to get my house cleaned on a weekly basis, that I would have expected Alex to understand my frustration. At the end of the day if a company is selling themselves on Quality and Satisfaction ...you need to listen to some feedback from your customers positive or negative and work with it.
After my conversation with Alex...I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to find us another crew that would be able to take over. At 3:00pm he called me back and basically gave me the excuse that he wasn't able to find another crew...so I thanked him for services (fired them) and told him that he has the WORST company for Customer Service and that I would never use them ever again, nor will I refer them either. If you value Customer Service, Quality and Satisfaction...then "STAY AWAY" and save your money. Bottom line Alex let's his workers dictate who they work for instead of doing the job their hired for.

All money that you paid was for hard work that the crew performed for a mutually agreed price, cleaning crew had never received a penny as a tip even when, as you say, "everything was great". You had the same senior crew for a long time (one of my best crews, they have customers who are on wait list for an opening) and the only complains they received were yours. Crew's emotions had over flown when you complained about muddy footprints on the fresh washed floor (made by your son's friends) and that a crew member took 3 minute rest (she was weak after a prolonged sickness). Despite that we came back, rewashed your floors again, free of charge but you found something else to complain about. All our senior crews have steady customers and it was impossible to make an opening for a big weekly cleaning. Sending the other crew who works here less than 6 month would lead to even more complaints. That is why I told you that we have nobody to service your home and then you threatened me that you will write a bad review, which you did and thank you again.
