Regarding the 3.5% credit card surcharge, we aim to maintain transparency in our payment policies and inform clients of this fee during all communications. We do offer alternative payment methods, such as cash or e-transfer, which do not carry any additional charges. We respect your choice of payment, but we want to ensure you're fully aware of all available options.
As for discounts, we do have a minimum dispatch price for cleanings to cover our operational costs, which you kindly declined. While we understand your expectations for discounts, we're constantly reviewing our pricing structure to offer competitive rates and explore options for accommodating our loyal customers.
Our company vacuums do have a fee to use again this was your choice to use either our vacuum or yours. All the best.
