The crew is always on time, very friendly, and do great cleaning. We are always happy with the girls. Consistent crew is important, helps to build the relationships and comfort level. We do usually have the same crew and it makes the experience better.

This is the first time I've used a cleaning company and I'm thrilled. I have 2 kids under 4 and a husband :P At the end of the day I feel like I can't catch up. I also have dust allergies and asthma. It took 2 ladies 4 hours to clean my 2,000 sq ft house and it looks spotless! I will definitely be using them for regular service when I go back to work.

New Century Maids has always done such an exceptional job at cleaning my home for the 4 years that I have had them come to my home and I wanted to express my thanks at the hard work that the ladies do each time – they always leave my home clean and fresh smelling and dust free – (my son has allergies to dust) it has made my life so much more easier and the office staff for being so understanding in many situations that arise. You understand that life throws many curves and you always do your best to accommodate these situations.Very professional and understanding.

I had used New Century Maids to clean my home on a regular basis so when my boss asked me to look into hiring a cleaning company to clean the workplace I called NCM.

They sent out an estimator who had come out to walk through the premises and take notes. Alex was very pleasant and professional. That same day we were sent a proposal of the cost for cleaning and all the information and details of what would be involved. I forwarded it my boss who looked over it and decided to hire NCM.

The cleaning ladies that arrived knew what and where they were to clean – they did an excellent job.

The alarm code and all information on entry to the premises were provided. We trust NCM with our business and so should you, they are great.

I love my pets but they can be messy – I have two dogs and 1 cat and they all shed which means that I have a lot of pet hair around my home. I decided on New Century Maids that a friend had recommended – (she is always talking about how clean her home always is)
Setting up the first deep clean was simple and there were no hidden fees or additional add ons unless I decided to have something more done.
The ladies were very friendly and loved my pets- (my pets loved them as well) I was astounded at the pace the ladies kept up – they cleaned all of my furniture, my couches were moved aside to clean underneath and all the cushions were vacuumed. After they finished there was no sign that pets were in the household.
Now NCM comes to my home each week and both my pets and I can’t wait to see them.

My home was being put up for sale and photos needed to be taken by my realtor. I needed to have my home cleaned spic and span for these photos as it is a big selling point. A clean home always sells faster. My realtor suggested New Century Maids because she deals with them all the time.
I gave them a call and was pleased that the process was so easy and quick; within a few minutes I had given all of the information about my home and explained what needed to be done. I had one week to get everything in order before the photos.
NCM is very professional – I received a call and email when the cleaning crew was to arrive and also a time slot that they would be here, they worked around my schedule which was a hug help –I have children that need to get to school in the mornings.
The cleaning crew arrived with all of their equipment and ready to work. They worked very hard and were quick – when they left I was so happy with the outcome – my home was not the same place – it was sparkling!! The photographer came in the next morning and took all the pictures and even he commented on how clean I keep my home.

I hired a maid as I'm a single working mom and need the help. In the corners of the hallway floors where the shoes are kept, I found dirt that was not cleaned. The kitchen was cleaned, except my stovetop which had crust and grease on it. I was told by Century, grease stains cannot come out, but this is something that normally takes me one minute to clean. Powder room had two strokes of toothpaste on the wall left by the kids which they didn't bother to wipe. Mirror was not shiny and clean like has been done by other maid companies in the past, and the corners were not cleaned well.it doesn't seem the rugs were moved and cleaned underneath as there was a spot I easily cleaned with a rug and also, particles. I've used other maids in the past that I have loved, so this was disappointing.

We have been using New Century Maids for over 5 years and we are just amazed at our cleanings, the crew is fabulous the cleaning they do is meticulous, and it's always a joy when they arrive and leave the house smelling fresh and clean all over. They are very friendly and warm, and our children in fact enjoy seeing them as well. Thank you so much!

I`ve never used a cleaning service before but have witnessed others who have. I was very impressed with the job done. They got up onto a small ladder to clean a high window ledge and were very thorough. I recall the other company my mom hired refused to do anything like that because of some liability issues. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a can do attitude which is rare these days.
