Fantastic experience. Salesman Quaid was prompt, provided great information, answered questions, and followed up often. Technician Teegan attended promptly, determined what was needed and saved us from replacement of the water heater at this time. An electrician who atteneded was helpful and quickly determined his services were not required. He repaired a somewhat shoddy job by a different plumbing company, did the annual maintenance on the heater, and eeven was able to help us with another unrelated plumbing issue while he was here. He was quick and efficient and the job is working great. The cost of the service was very reasonable. All staff I have dealt with were courteous, helpful, and congenial. They also assessed some of our other household appliance needs and we will definitely deal with them for these items in the future.

The plumbers who came to install 2 sets of faucets were on time, knowledgeable and professional. They were funny too. They had trouble uninstalling one of the old faucets, but persisted and finally got it out. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company for any plumbing and heating problems you may have.

They come and do servicing through the insurance package for free they will look at my air conditioning in summer my furnace in the winter I also have a plumbing package with them and they come and do plumbing

Replaced leaking old water heater with a new rental one. Technicians were good and knowledgeable. Customer service was great during setting up for appointment. Price per month for the rental is a bit high but still fine that annual maintenance is included. Overall, its was a very good service.

Its 127.08 monthly rent for our Furnace, thanks to Reliance Mackenzie, every furnace trouble is gone now. And if there's a service that you need about the furnace, its free and they will just give you a schedule on when you want it fixed. Thanks to Rob, that's what he did today, fixed a leaking water valve for the humidifier.

Furnace was not working properly so Riley and Clint came fixed the problem. Explained the issue and how to avoid it next time. Showed me things to do before calling for service and getting charged. Clint offered options to consider as I was worked up re monitoring the furnace when away from home.
The smart thermostat installer Gage( I think that was his name) was again awesome. Helped me with app fir installing on my phone. Showed me how to work it patient with me during installing as it not my strength. Very good service and staff. Polite helpful knowledgeable.
