Heating & Air Conditioning review in Regina

We are three years into a seven year contract, and I wish we could be finished with this company. The air conditioning was installed in the wrong spot and they have yet to move it. They have blown us off so many times. The unit does not work well, and they have not been able to help us with it.

Power vent water heater and new water softener installed one day after contracts signed. Excellent value.
Very helpful and professional contract agent, Carlos. Extra mile service from all the installation staff: Kane, Brittany and her trainee. Very satisfied with whole customer service process.

The end to end process was amazing! Carlos and the installation team were super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They didnt try and sell us something we did not need, they were honest and gave us the best deal possible! The installations and electrical were done very quick and they left the place clean! Would highly recommend.

It took the 2 weeks to finish the install for the furnace. This is not a criticism of the work crew. It seems that the company continues to focus on sales and do not have the resources for the installation.
