Let it rain came to repair some damage caused by an exterminator in December. They replaced some shingles and all appeared good, improved the barriers constructed by the exterminator.
First rain in March flooded our hall directly under the repair. Rain continured the next day and the flooding continued.
We called Let it Rain but they said that repairs are not warranted, We would have to pay again to have them try to stop the leak. Very poor service, $1,800.00 for nothing. I suggest that you stay far away from this company.

Avoid at all costs! Rip off artists. They don't stand behind their products. They put garbage shingles on our roof that didn't last 10 years, and then blamed us for choosing the wrong shingles. Reality is that we used the shingles they recommended. They don't return calls; they have to be chased. All we got was a big run around from them, when their roof fell apart. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and lost money of using Let it Rain. Just a horrible company to do with business with... avoid at all costs.

I never knew a roof could be worry-free until I got my new roof from Let it Rain a couple of years ago. My old roof had constant leaks that baffled my old roofer, and none of his attempts at fixes worked, to the point where he finally just ran out on his warranty and did not return my calls. Bruno from Let it Rain was able to identify the problems immediately, and offered me a range of possibilities. I got such a good feeling about him that I decided to replace the entire old crummy roof. My new roof is a thing of beauty, the installation was smooth and quick with no residual mess. The roof made it through the putrid 2013/14 winter without a single problem, and my heating bills were lower than the neighbours'. Thanks to Let it Rain, I don't worry about my roof any more.

Awful experience. I hired LIR to fix a roof leak in July 2013. A serviceman came and confidently assured me he knew what the problem was, and quoted me $900 to fix the leak. He never did any water testing. Within 2 months, the leak was back, causing severe water damage in my home. LIR was very difficult to get a hold of --- calls and emails were ignored. Finally, in January 2014, they respond and sent another serviceman onsite in February 2014. He did more work that did not fix the problem, and still did not do any water testing. I contacted the owner (Bruno) in late February and he came on site, and offered to send a serviceman back. This time, they did a water test and it was determined that the original work done had nothing to do with the problem! My leak still exists, and now Let It Rain wants me to pay to properly repair the problem. Unbelievable --- never again, and would never recommend to anyone.

Let It Rain (LIR) impressed me with their quality of workmanship, choice of materials, friendly and clean crews, and outstanding customer service and support.

I built a high quality garage to serve as my woodworking shop and wanted to maintain this quality standard in all of the finishes. Despite the challenging winter, LIR was persistent in their attempts to get a good crew onsite and they followed through with post installation support. There was one minor oversight that was rectified shortly thereafter and with the same interest in preserving quality. I believe that the true test of a quality company is how the address problems. Bruno (owner) demonstrated his pride in quality and reputation: something that appears to be rare in this business.

If you believe that "you get what you pay for" then this company comes through. Every single person I dealt with from LIR was knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend LIR.

We had |Let it Rain install a new roof for our home and flat roof for our garage in 1998 and it has been great ever since. Some re-caulking around the chimney was necessary but they came right out and fixed no charge because it was still under wty. That was a relief. I would recommend them for any roofing job. They were referred to me by a family member.

This is a top-notch roofing company. We were interested not only having our roof done, but were looking for quality products and workmanship. We plan on staying at our house for a long time, so doing a typical cheap 'replacement' job was not what we were looking for. We had a lot of questions and Jan provided all the answers we needed. We liked their approach to 'doing it right' and selected the GAF Timberline HD product. Jan took the time to explain what they do, the products that they use, etc. We also wanted ridge venting, and it was clear that these guys knew what they were doing. They were not the lowest priced quote, and nor were they the highest.

When it came time to do the work, there were a few delays (mostly due to rain), but they performed the work as we expected. We were also critical on protecting the house, tarping the lawn/nail cleanup) and the dumpster. There are some things that customers overlook (eg- their dumpster is on wheels, and they have their own dumpsters (not a contracted service) so you dont have to worry about having your driveway gouged).

Having kids that play on the lawn a lot, we were very particular about nails. After day 1, I found 20+ nails on the lawn. After the install was done, I found another 20+. They did use the mag roller to clean up, but, although we understand it is hard to get them all, this is something that could have had more attention. However, Peter was quick to respond and come out to roll the lawn himself. I expected to go out and search myself anyway.

If you are looking for a quality roof, by a company that has a skilled team, for a descent price, I recommend these guys. Would use them again.

We had a leak in our skylight and we called Let it rain and they did a fabulous job! They did a full inspection of our roof and there was no high pressure sales tactic. We were very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. We really recommend them if you have any issue with your roof!

Very professional. Good advice about colour choice. Estimated time to complete the roof was a bit short, but they were always here on time and worked very hard. They respected the garden and cleaned up very well every day so that lving here was easy.
