Avoid at all costs! Rip off artists. They don't stand behind their products. They put garbage shingles on our roof that didn't last 10 years, and then blamed us for choosing the wrong shingles. Reality is that we used the shingles they recommended. They don't return calls; they have to be chased. All we got was a big run around from them, when their roof fell apart. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and lost money of using Let it Rain. Just a horrible company to do with business with... avoid at all costs.

This individual requested a BLUE shingle. The only manufacturer that created this colour at that time was BP (Midnight Blue). This is the only BP roof that Let it Rain Ltd has EVER installed. Our consultant at the time advised them AGAINST this product, as this product was severely under our standards of quality. Again, this is something that was conveyed to them, however, in keeping with customer satisfaction we caved in and supplied them with the BP Midnight Blue (as per requested). I believe it was around 3 years ago when the class-action law suit of BP and IKO began for defective products. I have met with the clients and explained all of this to them. Also, Bruno (President of Let it Rain Ltd) and I, discussed this issue and came to an agreement that we would offer a new roof system at a heavily discounted rate. We have not received any response from them after we indicated our intent. I feel that we have a responsibility to the clients to provide them with the proper information that they require to make the correct decision when investing in a new roof system. On the same note, I believe that the clients also have a responsibility to listen to the advise that we give to them, especially concerning the quality of products.
