Dear Traycho, the eavesthrough was damaged as a result of trying to help you in a crisis. You were afraid of the ceiling collapsing and it was dangerous for our men to be up on your roof. Our crew did visit your home 2 months ago to replace the damaged eavesthrough, but you sent them away. We made arrangements to come back to replace the eavesthroughs at no cost to you. We're sorry we couldn't make you happy, but we did our best. Sincerely, Bruno
