I was offered a free Plumbing Inspection from Atlas Home Care with a value of $99.00. The technician arrived on time - kept me updated - and was polite and efficient. I did have a couple of problems come up before the appointment was completed and he dealt with these in a timely and efficient manner - of course at a cost over and above the free inspection. Great company to deal with.

Received an e-mail advising of a sale on duct cleaning and since it had never been done in our home - went ahead and booked an appointment. From the first phone call to the finish of the service provided - everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend Atlas Care to anyone needing any of their many services.

Wayne advertised in The Village Voice (newsletter for Rosedale Village). I called and he came to see us that same day. Explained all the small things that needed doing and he was more than happy to take on even a number of small projects. His people were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them for big and small projects.

I have used the company a couple of times - always satisfied with their professionalism and service. I have visited their shop on Eglinton and always greeted with courtesy and a smile. My questions were answered and samples provided. My most recent experience was to have a phantom screen installed on my front door. A price was quoted and the work done - as promised. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this purchase and the whole family are now enjoying the new phantom screen. We were told my neighbours we needed our roof repaired. After calling one company and getting a quote that they would not honour - our even negotiate - we heard the ads on Talk 1010 NEWS RADIO and decided to give them a call. This company was professional all the way - from the original meeting at our home - to the visit to their office - to the quality of work provided while the job was being completed. The crew arrived when they said they would - or advised if there would be a delay. They worked efficiently and professionally - always cleaning up at the end of the day. Suggestions were made as to what we needed - AND WHY. I would highly recommend this company when looking for roofing or attic insulation. - Sharon and Ron

I have been refered to this company twice - once by Frigidaire for service on my existing washer and secondly by The Bay for service on a brand new washer. Neither time was I satisfied with the service provided. On the first call it took a total of 3 appointments with 3 technicians to determine that the washer was not repairable at a reasonable cost. For the second incident it took 2 appointments as the booking agents would not listen to what the problem was - this being a stacking unit one person was not going to be able to access the problem of water leaking from under the washer - a brand new machine.

I had estimates from others but when it came to getting action it was impossible. Let it Rain was professional all the way - always available and on time. The job was done thoroughly and complete clean up provided.

5 YEARS AGO I USED THIS COMPANY TO PAINT MY WHOLE HOUSE. EXCELLENT SERVICE - USED THEM AGAIN THIS YEAR TO HAVE A SMALL ROOM DONE - AGAIN EXCELLENT WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
