My 15 year old Laars Mini Therm II was acting up. I had been in my place 7 years and have always have had problems with it. I had 2 heating contractors come in and they could not diagnose the problem. It was very frustrating. Found Flame Heating online. Their technician Scott came over and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes as well as let me know some of the other ongoing maintenance issues. To make a long story short, Scott was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the professionalism he showed. Trust is a big factor in dealing with these matters. I decided to get a quote to get the boiler system replaced given that my family's well being is a lot more important than some shady contractors that did substandard work for the previous owner of the house. Scott came in 2 days later and did the replacement of the boiler system in a day. I was very pleased with his assistance . I highly recommend Flame Heating.

I had another company come in to look at my furnace and they told me I had a gas leak and needed a new furnace (my original reason was because a fan was failing on my furnace and he was going to replace the fan). He gave me a price on a new furnace and told me I should decide quickly because of the gas leak ( I had never smelt any gas). When he left I phoned Flame Heating ( a company recommended to me by a close friend) and talked with Scott and he told me he would come out and have a look at my furnace. When he came out he talked about a plan for fixing my furnace if it was in good shape internally and if it wasnt then we would discuss a new one. I felt like I trusted him and he wasnt out to just sell me a new furnace unlike the other company who was only interested in selling me a new furnace. I will recommend and only use Flame Heating from now on.

Our hot water tank stopped working a few times over the course of a week, so we called up a few companies to have a look. Only Flame Heating made themselves available on short notice. Both the phone receptionist and the repairman were very friendly and professional.

Our townhouse complex in Richmond had a number of dryer vents cleaned. Raye did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable. He was most helpful and went an extra mile to point out some issues to us, even though it decreased his own profit as a result. Thanks a lot Raye for the excellent job!

Great company and expert employees. They keep detailed records of what they have done for our home and give us reminder calls and check-ins when heating ducts/AC cleaning is due. They always explain things clearly and answer all our questions. Professional service!

Our furnace broke down and was no longer working. We called Flame Heating to look it over and they recommended a G50DF(X) model that would fit properly into the small closet we had used for our previous furnace. The price we paid included all the labour, materials, and permits to get the job done. They also disposed of the old furnace for us. The service was great and the new furnace has been working well without issue.

Flame Heating sent a very knowledgeable installer (Brian) to our house to explain the process to me. He wasn't pushy or condescending as salesman sometimes are when explaining the product or process to a woman. On installation day he arrived on time, worked quickly and we are very happy with the new furance.
We have had Flame Heating here before for a regular service call for our old furnace and they were excellent then as well.

They response my call quickly. they come and finished my job in hours. very professional and friendly. after work, they took all the garbage away. very nice wook. I will go back with them next year.

Unfortunately our hot water tank brokedown this spring. Our hot water tank is connected to the heating system in our home, so when the hot water tank broke, we were also without heat. The staff at Flame Heating responded right away, and they are very knowledgable. They are familiar with the combined heating/hot water system that we have and are professional. Unfortunately, the motor that they intially for the system was defective, but the staff acknowledged this and did not charge for a day's worth of labour as this problem was not our fault. They quickly replaced the defective motor and restored the heat and hot water to our home. The staff also showed us how to maintain the new motor by explaining how to regularly oil the machine.
