I was interested in AC for the house but had no idea who to call. A friend had Action Furnace do her AC and new furnace and was happy with them so I decided to save myself time and call them. The guy who came to measure the windows etc was great. He explained where the unit should go and why, what they do to make sure I have the right unit and everything I needed to know. Thye cover everything from making sure you have the right usint to getting a permit and guaranteeing the work.
The work was done shortly after by another guy who was very professional and showed me how it worked and what I needed to do to to keep things running smoothly. The heat wave hit shortly after and I was in paradise. I am so glad I went this route. The unit is quiet and my electic bills didn't jump through the roof - another thing that was important to me. If I have any future work I need - I will call them as I am confident the price will be fair and the work done right.

They made mistake to connect the humidifier to the hot water, in addition, they kept using old plastic pipe saving cost, as a result, the pipe exploded during night time and flooded my basement. The next morning, the whole house like inside a tropic forests because of high humidity.

I contacted Action Furnace bec I saw a neighbor using them but I regretted it. A different company showed up (not action furnace but a white van with a different name ) Right after opening the door, the voice pitch of the tech is different. He is a salesman. I knew bec Im in sales. I did not say anything and let him do his job. He finish cleaning in around 30-45 minutes - very un usual. He did a very poor job and consume most of his time selling me stuffs. He tried to sell everything he could - from membership to a new furnace. My furnace is just 8 yrs old and being maintained regularly. He said my furnace is defective - I called a Home Inspector right away and told me nothing is wrong in my furnace. I contacted ATCO too and said there was nothing wrong. My advise to ACTION Furnace - customers are not stupid.. They are just trying to be accommodating and professional and not to be rude. . If they call to have their furnace tuned-up and cleaned, PLEASE PLEASE send a GOOD TECHNICIAN not a good SALESMAN. I hate this experience and will never never use Action Furnace again and I will share this bad experience to my relative and friends.

Dillon was friendly and did a good job on the duct cleaning, Dan installed the furnace and did an excellent job. Thanks. All the workers are good and on time too. The duct cleaning was a not charged as I am a member. The furnace including install was about 3,700 dollars.

The duct cleaner came to my house and gave me a strange feeling like he was here for something more. At the end he drilled a hole in my furnace and poured water in it to show me with a camera that the heat exchanger leaks and the furnace needs replacing. I couldn't see any leaks so I was hesitant to agree. I think this company feels that if your furnace is over 20 years old it needs to be replaced. So they use scare tactics to convince you. Always get a second opinion if someone tells you that you need to replace your furnace.

We had an older furnace (as we know now) that was improperly installed. Over the years we hosted many, many repair and service persons. The best of those came from Action Furnace. They were friendly, courteous and very creative with custom solutions and adaptations to keep our furnace limping along. When it was time for a new install, we naturally chose the company that we knew and respected. And they did not disappoint.
Paul came to our house and explained in detail not only what was wrong with our current system, but what options were available and at what price points. We had an appointment quickly. Nick and his team were amazing as they worked tirelessly to not only install our new system, but to also cap off the problems we had. We cannot say enough about how clever and energetic and kind he and his team are.
Our new system is a dream. We are enjoying the quiet and comfortable home we always wanted. We also opted for a new water heater which works better than we imagined a hot water system could.
We cannot say enough about the wonderful Action Furnace team and we do recommend them completely.

Always a great job. I've been calling them since Oct 2009 when they installed my then-new furnace (approx. cost considers the '09 rebates), which was done fast and efficient, and have never had a problem - that is, until this fall when it suddenly shut down out of the blue.. Justin came and took a look, along with the regular cleaning and inspection, and he found 4 BEES that had made their way in during the summer - Hence, the bee blockage caused an emergency shut-off. I really don't think anyone else would have been able to see the problem without a lot of searching, but Justin found it in no time flat.

Really knowledgeable and polite. The humidifier was leaking slightly the next day. They came out, no charge and then apologized for the inconvenience. It's been working great since. I really like working with people who have integrity!

I had Action Furnace out to install a new humidifier. Job was very efficient and affordable service I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to everyone!

i had a cracked and burnt furnace that was 45 years old needed serious replacement. The Action Furnace team arrived on time and were very professional and clean. The entire cost was decreased by $ 500 as they did have to go through the roof for the vent. I feel safe and sound with the worked performed in our home. Thank you for making us feel more comfortable., safe and sound.
