We had an older furnace (as we know now) that was improperly installed. Over the years we hosted many, many repair and service persons. The best of those came from Action Furnace. They were friendly, courteous and very creative with custom solutions and adaptations to keep our furnace limping along. When it was time for a new install, we naturally chose the company that we knew and respected. And they did not disappoint. Paul came to our house and explained in detail not only what was wrong with our current system, but what options were available and at what price points. We had an appointment quickly. Nick and his team were amazing as they worked tirelessly to not only install our new system, but to also cap off the problems we had. We cannot say enough about how clever and energetic and kind he and his team are. Our new system is a dream. We are enjoying the quiet and comfortable home we always wanted. We also opted for a new water heater which works better than we imagined a hot water system could. We cannot say enough about the wonderful Action Furnace team and we do recommend them completely.
