They made mistake to connect the humidifier to the hot water, in addition, they kept using old plastic pipe saving cost, as a result, the pipe exploded during night time and flooded my basement. The next morning, the whole house like inside a tropic forests because of high humidity. I called the company on the early morning for emergency, and was told had to wait until late afternoon. The below picture shows the wet basement and water soaked carpet. The blower was brought in by the owner during that night. He had a very bad attitude , even did not apologize for all the mess his company caused in my house.
