I have done several renovations and this one was really a trouble free one. There was no problem with punctuality, availability or action whenever it was required. They were even ahead of schedule. My living room has been transformed into bright, comfortable and attractive spot. I thought that the price is on the higher side, but quality and seamless coordination of different tasks (flooring, electricity, pipes) compensates well for it. After the work was finished, the field manager, Alex, inspected the work and even suggested some minor fixes that I did not notice. Overall, my whole experience with Royal Home Improvement was very positive and I am more than satisfied with the end result of their work.
I would not hesitate to work with Royal Home Improvement again.

The sales guys that ended up managing our project (Brad) was really not up to the task. Since he finished, which was quite a while ago, we've had to have several things fixed that were not done correctly the first time. This includes plumbing (we had sewer gas wafting through the house because of him and his team), caulking, electrical and a number of issues with general quality of workmanship.
Also worth noting, Brad would not show up for a few days at time while making himself unreachable during that period. One thing he did remember to do his ask for his checks, even of the work was not completed. Which it never really was.
Truth is, he asked me to make the final payment before quite a few small things he been completed. Naively, I agreed. You can probably guess how many follows up and return phone calls I've received since then.

Royal Home Improvements has just completed a major renovation of the lower level of the house, including family room, bathroom, hardwood throughout the house and new railing on stairs. The outcome is better than I could ever have imagined. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of all the teams involved in the renovations. Special mention must go to the Project Manager - Mark Davies. He kept me up to date on all aspects of the work; he was always available to talk and ensured that the work was completed to our collective satisfaction. I would highly recommend Royal Home Improvements.

Our new bathroom looks great! Iain's budget was right on and he made some good suggestions during the planning stages of the project. In my opinion, all the work comes down to the quality of the trades. We had a great team with Wes leading the charge. He's a veteran with an eye for detail and an easy-going manner. Our project manager Mark brought in other top-notch trades (roofing, electrical) and made sure that everything on the job went smoothly. A solid job by Royal Home Improvements.

My husband and I were very happy with the work done by Royal Home Improvements. All of the people we dealt with were very professional. Mark Davies, our project manager was very helpful and we had lots of questions for him. If he wasn't sure he consulted a plumber or electrician to get us the information we needed. He checked with us regularly to see if everything was ok and also dropped in to see how things were progressing. Wes was friendly and knowledgable and at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and put away. Wes gave a lot of attention to detail. We are very pleased with the work done in our bathroom and would highly recommend Royal Home Improvements to anyone wanting quality work done in their home.

Very pleased with the finished bathroom. We have an old house & therefore there were a number of surprises which not only cost a bit more but delayed the work a little.
The guys worked hard consistently, were usually at the house by 8 am or earlier, also cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. They were very good and came up with good solutions to problems encountered.The tiling guy was meticulous & did an excellent job.
Only drawback was at the end, original estimate was 2 weeks to complete, it took a few days more than that & we felt that they were really rushing to finish, consequently the quality diminished in the last day or two.
However overall, we believe we received good value for money spent.

I am very pleased with the work done in my kitchen. Each workman put his best into it and it was very well supervised.
The job took longer than anticipated, but I was well-treated.

Royal Home Improvements renovated our kitchen with total professionalism, quality of workmanship and great skill. The whole Team helped us create this "Masterpiece" with personal care and helped us through the steps necessary for a very Happy outcome. Jason Girkis, our project manager, was available at anytime I needed advice and/or a change of plan that was time sensitive. Jason...we thank you for being you! Our budget was followed closely and I was given many options to "Create" our design. We have a lot of storage space now which was a problem before, and have probably greatly increased the value of our home.

My family is very satisfied with the completion of the renovation of our basement by Royal Home Improvements. Mark Davies & Iain Ralphs provided us with excellent advice & ensure that the renovation was completed on time & on budget. They responded promptly to all of our enquiries & concerns.They supervised the team of trades men who completed the work to our satisfaction. If we were considering further renovations to our home, we would again consider engaging Royal Home Improvements.

We had hardwood floors replaced in our home and a bedroom painted at the end of November 2013. Alban was the Project Manager. Nick and Blair did the work. We are very pleased with the results. Alban understood what we wanted and quickly arranged for the work to be done. Nick an Blair did the work very efficiently with the minimum of disruption. The work was completed very quickly, within a week. We would like to thank everyone involved in our project. This is the second time we have used Royal Home Improvements for home renovation. We recommend them very highly.
