My wife and I chose Eminent Developments to finish our basement. We cannot explain how helpful, resourceful, and efficient Eminent has been. We worked with Shoaib and Kash (mainly Shoaib as the Project Manager for the day-to-day work).

Shoaib and his tradesmen are skillful, kind, and time efficient. Shoaib is very communicative and has a good eye for design. He was quick to respond while both completing the basement and for warranty issues after it was done. We have shown our basement to neighbours, friends, and family and all have been impressed with their work.

If I need further work done on my home in the future I will be calling Eminent Developments.

We hired the Eminent team to complete a 2 bedroom basement. They were easy to work with and made the design and permit process as well as the process of selectioning materials fairly easy.

Very reasonable timelines and price points were provided on each element of the job and they met and exceeded all expectations. The work was completed quicker than we thought possible. Have already reccomended to many friends and family.

Hired Eminent to finish my 9' foot ceiling 1600 sq. ft. basement for personnel use: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, candy/snack bar and an 8 seater dolby atmos movie theater. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. They provided a breakdown of pricing along with optional upgrade options if desired. A 3D model was also provided to be able to envision the final results before work commenced. Pricing was fair and the project was completed in 58 days (start to finish - already had approved city permits). Very happy with the end result!
