After reading all of the great reviews on Homestars about Tom and Victory Locks, I called this morning. By the early afternoon, we found a time when we could both meet to replace the locks on our renovated home. Tom was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to have helping us finish this final touch to our new home. Thanks Tom for making that so easy, and within our budget. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The latch on my front door doorknob was jammed in the door frame and I couldn't open my door. I called Tom and since this wasn't an emergency we set up a time for the following afternoon. Tom showed up a few minutes early, I showed him the problem and he had every confidence that he could fix it. A short while later he had unjammed the latch and provided a solution so it wouldn't happen again in the future. Throughout the process he was very kind and polite and fully explained what had gone wrong. If you need a locksmith, call Tom, he's fantastic!

Tom was not only prompt, efficient, professional and competent but a true pleasure to meet. I chose him because of his stellar reviews and was not disappointed. So happy I got to meet this person and support his business.

I found Victory Locks right here on Homestars and can see why Tom has so many excellent reviews. I had several little jobs that I'd meant to get done for a while. He took care of it all, explaining the options clearly for my code door and the costs involved. Now, I hesitate to tell you this because it's not something should become expected… but when a recently installed brand new lock on a new door malfunctioned, he came over and popped in the new latch without accepting payment as it was relatively quick and I was a client of his already. Merry Christmas indeed! Thanks, Tom!

We found the Victory Locks name recommended in HomeStars, I called and Spoke to Tom, who arrived at the agreed time and efficiently open the stuck and broken bathroom door lock and installed a new lock; at the agreed price no surprises. We will not hesitate to call him again.

I had a house sitter foolishly mail a key back to me. The envelope was sliced in a discreet way to remove the key. Despite terrible road conditions, Tom promised to arrive within the hour, and he was not only on time, but had our home safe and secure in record time. Wonderful service, and as for Tom, I actually felt so grateful and assured that I hugged him on the way out ;)

Great response from Tom on a snowy Sunday afternoon. He quickly identified the problem, and replaced a defective deadbolt lock. The work was professionally done and fairly priced. Providing extra keys was a nice touch.

A first-time homebuyer's MUST ! Tom was punctual, professional and full of useful new homeowner tips and advice well outside of just replacing locks! I called Tom the owner as I took possession of a house and need to leave town. My wife was nervous to be alone so I checked out locksmiths and decided to give Victory Locks a call.

I phone him up on a friday evening, and he says he can be at my house in 10minutes....INCREDIBLE. my mind is blown. He got there so fast that he had to wait for me.

He got right to work and changed 4 tumblers in the house. I said I needed 3 changed and he found a 4th that I didn't even know about.

This guy worked incredibly speedy, made sure the lock mechanisms were of quality. he was incredibly friendly and mindful of making a mess.

He even went the extra mile and pointed out that the basement window could be an easy access point for people trying to get in and that I should look into that in the future.

I will recommend Tom any day of the week to every single person I know.
