I cannot recommend Tom and Victory Locks highly enough! I had a house sitter foolishly mail a key back to me. The envelope was sliced in a discreet way to remove the key. Despite terrible road conditions, Tom promised to arrive within the hour, and he was not only on time, but had our home safe and secure in record time. Wonderful service, and as for Tom, I actually felt so grateful and assured that I hugged him on the way out ;)
