We recently moved homes and needed to replace the lock on the front door. Tom came by promptly and finished up quickly. Very personable, and didn't try to up-sell. I would highly recommend them.

1. Came 1 hour after I called about a broken lock and replacement.
2. Offered free advice on best lock brands and ones to avoid when I went to Home Depot to purchase replacement. Did not try to sell or pressure to purchase his own lock.
3. Very nice, empathic and professional. Stellar customer service.
4. Did a great job in record time at a reasonable price for a custom job.

Tom accommodated my work schedule and came by after hours to change the locks on my new home purchase. I ended up adding additional locks and door knobs to his scope on the spot and he handled that happily. Tom delivered quality work, he was very fast and efficient, and he provided great advice as well. I couldn't have asked for more. 10 out of 10. Thanks Tom.

Tom killed it (as usual). He came the next day after I asked for the install, he installed everything quickly, has various ways you can pay him and was in and out quickly.

Just finished getting a keyless entry from Tom. Service was very prompt,efficient and reasonable in cost. He even provided me with a better quality keyless lock then what I had purchased from Home Depot for approx he same cost! Very highly recommend him!

There was a problem with one of the locks - it was sticking after he changed it. I called him the next morning and he came back that same day to change the lock entirely at no cost to me.
