We recently moved into a house and wanted to have the locks changed. Tom was able to come on a holiday Monday which made it very convenient for us. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom to others.

This review is long overdue. Last year, the lock on my communal mailbox broke. I called Tom on a Saturday morning to see when he could come fix the lock. He asked me if I would be home in the next hour because he was free and it would be better to get it done sooner or later. Tom called me an hour later, asking me to come outside He had already fixed the lock and was waiting to give me the new key. I was so impressed by his customer service and punctuality. Bought our first house and wanted to change the locks for security reasons. Tom was top rated on Home Stars, so we gave him a call. He showed up on time, was professional, courteous, and very friendly. He told us what locks needed to be replaced altogether, and which could simply be "re-keyed". His prices were very reasonable, and he even gave us a discount as first time home buyers. Plus his work is guaranteed for LIFE (where else do you find that these days?)! Highly recommended.

Purchased a resale home and needed to either change the pin inside the locks or get new one's. Tom showed up and educated me on the locks we had and gave me options based on the level of security I was looking for. Tom, was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and within an hour I had new locks and new keys. Tom was amazing & totally saved this "damsel in distress"! My key broke off in my front door earlier today and Tom came all the way from Scarboro after options he provided closer to home weren't available to come out until the next day! Definitely would recommend him highly.

Tom and his apprentice Terry were both wonderful. They did a superb job, were super friendly, and went above and beyond to realign and repair the rear door at no extra cost. I called Victory Locks to help fix a broken lock on my front door. They were very friendly, knowledgable and flexible in terms if fitting me into their busy schedule. They were able to come the same day I called and repaired our lock in a half hour. They were very professional and I would absolutely use them again.

I called Tom at 9:00 am to install an electronic deadbolt. He arrived at 1:00 and was finished by 1:30. The price was as quoted. Tom is a breath of fresh air. I was happy to give him my business and will call him again when the need arises.
