Service within a couple of hours. Two problems, one a toilet, one a leaking pipe in the basement were taken care of in no time. Would definitely use again and recommend!

With seven people currently living in the house you can imagine what a drag a leak in the kitchen was. No using the sink. Valentin came first thing the next day. He even had notes from a previous visit, which were helpful! Told me the cost, got t work and within a couple of hours I was back to the dishes! Great job. Very pleasant to deal with. I found Victory Locks right here on Homestars and can see why Tom has so many excellent reviews. I had several little jobs that I'd meant to get done for a while. He took care of it all, explaining the options clearly for my code door and the costs involved. Now, I hesitate to tell you this because it's not something should become expected… but when a recently installed brand new lock on a new door malfunctioned, he came over and popped in the new latch without accepting payment as it was relatively quick and I was a client of his already. Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to reach, flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, left the place spotless. This made a big part of preparing the house for sale very easy on us.
