We needed to reposition my gas line and meter. After trying a contractor listed here that was no longer in business and another with good rating who had a rather high estimate of $3,000 we went with a company listed here with good ratings. We went with United Energy as they’re on here and they have good ratings. They took good care of us. Were polite, honest and worked hard. United Energy worked late into the night to get the job done. They and waited for gas company to return after the gas company forgot something to connect my gas line. Despite the gas company mixup, the guys with united energy were open to adjusting their schedule in order to come back the next day to ensure we were not without hot water for a long period of time. They were great.

Of course we shopped around; we asked questions and we asked them at places like The Fall Home Show. During my rounds of questions we happened to make acquaintance with Michael from United Energy.
Michael sure sounded like he was knowledgeable about his stuff so we booked an appointment to have him come out and give us a quote. we were impressed with the questions he asked regarding our existing system, our needs, our wants, and so on. This was not done by the others I talked with.
The pricing, we found was priced slightly higher than Direct Energy for a similar type of system. we chose United Energy because we were convinced United Energy would be more mindful of our home and our requests. United Energy was awesome.
The crew that came to our home consisted of 3 great guys who where polite, tidy and worked all day with almost no breaks. We appreciate that they were very careful of our home, especially the floors and the walls when they were bringing in and taking out stuff. They were neat and tidy and they cleaned everything up beautifully.
It was pretty early when we called United Energy due to a small problem the next morning. We got a call back in no time at all and two guys showed up to correct the problem that day.
We would definitely recommend United Energy to anyone looking for heating needs. They make a potentially overwhelming process easy.

One winter when our furnace wasn't working we called United energy. The lady on the phone was very nice and sympathetic to our needs. She sent someone out to our home and they arrived in no time! We were educated on how this could've been prevented. We'd forgotten about it and were pleased to get a call from a lady to setup our cleaning appointment. The technician was really friendly and did an amazing job.

Mike told me what was needed for the job and gave me the estimate. I took the time to contact a few different people that do the same thing/job. When they came to my home the estimates were much higher. I decided to go with United energy. I was pleased that I went with them because they did a great job! and with the great job came great savings! I would strongly recommend United Energy.

Our water heater had a leak. we called United Energy. The repair guy came for an assessment when they said he would.He reviewed and water heater and promptly replaced it. We needed them right away and they were there. Everyone from the phone girl to the technician were helpful and friendly.

I contacted them after after bing given their information by a coworker. What a great team, Micheal and Samuel really know what they are doing. I was pleased with the pricing and information. The installation went well and they educated me on humidifier maintenece. I didn't even know you were supposed to change the pads in the humidifier on a on a regular basis unit they told me. United Energy was very considerate of my time in their efficincy. They took care in my home and were thorough and took great care in protecting my home and furnishings during the entire process. United Energy knows their stuff.
