Back in the summer of 2015, I approached Tasco with a budget to update all my household appliances. Zaid was my sales man and immediately put together a quote that was 30% above our original budget.
After trying to change the order to make it work, We decided to go elsewhere to purchase our oven, but still buy our fridge, washer and dryer. Having stressed our desire to purchase a gas dryer we came to a deal and we purchased all 3 appliances. On Nov 20th they were shipped to my home only to find out they shipped an Electric Dryer. After notifying them about the mistake I have been told it's been orders however it's now Dec 18 and I still have no idea when my dryer will be delivered. Christmas is coming and I'm doing laundry 20 mins away at the local laundry Mat. This is so unacceptable that a company with such a reputation would make this mistake in the first place then to have zero follow up to assure me as to when my order will be recieved. Lesson learned and I will not forget this going forward
