They don't answer the phones. They don't call you back. They don't care. They do try and fix the mistakes they make eventually but the process is so painful and the lack of care they exhibit makes it the worst shopping experience you could have. Actually, the shopping is fine. The fulfillment is the disaster. Once they have your money they don't care about you at all. Epic failure. Spend your money somewhere else. Where they actually care about making you happy.
