So finally got agreement from store to return incorrectly ordered item after being told the salesperson would not have ordered incorrectly we did (even thought we have pictures and email to prove otherwise). Now the returns says they are charing us half the purchase price because a box was opened by the TASCO installer (not by us) who couldn't complete the installation AND only 1 of the three boxes was opened and it was the venting not even the hood or the bower. It is not possible to get good service from this company and we now realize we are not getting our issue resolved we are going to lose our money and have to go somewhere else. Do not shop here. Really.
