Our hot water tank was due to be replaced and instead of continuing with a rental, I decided to purchase a new one with the help of Michael. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding the different model types that were available. Once scheduled, the crew came in and quickly removed the existing hot water tank and installed the new one. They promptly brought to my attention any questions/updates they had during the installation. They wanted to make sure what options I had in order to make a properly informed decision. They did a great job and were very efficient and professional.

I needed my air handler replaced in a very tight space. After consulting a few other companies with very poor service, I contact McKinnon. Despite calling and leaving my information on a Saturday afternoon, Michael, the companies president, returned my call within a short time. He was able to provide a quotation for the work from a few photos and after quoting me a price that was much more reasonable than the other companies I called, I promptly gave Michael the go ahead. McKinnon was able to schedule the work very quickly and completed the replacement to my satisfaction. I will definitely be calling McKinnon again, when needed. I highly recommend this company to any with HVAC needs.

My water tank stopped working on new year's eve. Mckinnon technician came in the next day to assess the situation. We ended up replacing the old boiler which was no longer manufactured, and the tank with a combo unit.
I am very pleased with the speedy service and with Michael's recommendations.

Earlier this week, we needed to replace our home furnace, and called McKinnon, as they have serviced our heating and air-conditioning for many years. They arrived at our house within the hour to look at what we needed, then sent several quotes, and installed our new furnace within a further two days. Their installation technicians were extremely friendly, efficient and did a great clean up job once they were done. We have nothing but great things to say about McKinnon. First class service starting with the repair of the old system, to identification of a gas leak, to explaining the replacement options (pros and cons of each), to procurement of new unit, to installation and startup - all within 36 hours. Excellent follow up the next day. Technicians worked safely and neatly and were pleasant to have in the house.
